Room was OK. But it is the worst service ever. We booked a night with car parking. We gave the date of our return to the front desk lady and she said she would send a shuttle to pick us from the airport. On our way back, we called, my wife and I, over 16 times to their front desk to send a shuttle to pick us from airport. NO RESPONSE. We had to take a cap to the hotel at midnight and paid $35. When at the hotel, I called fornt desk again. The phone rang in front of me while the lady at front desk hearing the phone and ignoring it. I told her that we been calling many times. She replied with an attitude. Also, we don't get how it is only one person present at the front desk to check people in and answering phone at same time. Worst hotel service I even experienced.

Me and my family came to stay here for a concert. This was a close area and it was on the cheaper side. I was not pleased with my stay for several reasons. The front lobby looked nice. But the garbages outside and insides were overflowing. The room was okay, it felt crazy that we had to slam the doors for it to close all the way. The bathroom was very tiny and outdated with no ventilation. I thought I was going to pass out by how hot it was after my showers, even after the first night I tried to take a less hot shower and it was still super hot and steamy. The breakfast was 7-11 we got there about 10:20ish, the only things that were left were bagels, a few muffins, half of waffle mix, and cereal.. I asked for cream cheese and the worker told me there wasn’t any more. But this is the same worker that has been rude and me and my other friends shared weird interactions with during our stay. She wasn’t friendly, she was light skin with glasses, I’m not sure of her name. Everyone around me was also complaining about even coming earlier they ran out of hot food, took a while to replace it and then after a certain time they stopped replacing it. They ran out of waffle mix and syrup so they brought out a bottle syrup and some mix from the back in a pitcher, the lady that brought out the syrup and mix was sweet. When a couple of us got syrup for our waffles, the other worker (the rude one) grabbed the bottle, looked at it and muttered something under her breath. She wasn’t that far away from me so I just thought that was so ignorant. It wouldn’t have been a problem if the workers were prepared for the heavy volume of people.. there’s a VERY POPULAR concert, festivals, wedding season and the state fair is coming up. I don’t understand how they aren’t prepared for situations like this but then have the nerve to get an attitude when we complain about the bare minimum. Also, I had a weird interaction with a person outside, me and my friends were smoking out at the parking lot, also where other people were smoking too and I was on my car. We were listening to music on our phone and talking but not loud at all. Then this guy pulls up in a red truck almost like he was drunk he whipped into a parking spot a couple rows behind us. Then as him and this girl was walking up he was waving, like being weird and funny about it and then I said huh why is he waving to my friends then I look in confusion and he does it again but more exaggerated. So then I say are you good?! Why are you waving? And this whole time the lady he was with didn’t look over once until he yelled back to me, no I’m not good and then said something else I couldn’t register because he was already walked up closer to the hotel passed the lot. But then after that he just kept looking back as they went into the hotel. It was just so many weird interactions with this place. It kind of threw our vibe off and made us uncomfortable so we went back to our room. Then as we went to our rooms. It was three of us out and one inside the room. All three of our cards didn’t work. We tried it multiple times and luckily our forth person inside let us in. Then afterwards, I tried the cards right after and they still did not work. Tried hers, hers was the only one that worked. Next morning comes, I tried them again, three out of the four work now?! I went downstairs and told the staff what was going on and how now it’s only one card that shows up red and he told me that if might’ve been my phone or credit card blocking the receipt or because it works with magnets but that wasn’t the case for us because none of us had our phones out. It’s like it was turned off and then turned back on… but after that we didn’t have any trouble with the keys. The last night was fine I didn’t have any problems and as we checked out it was an entire new staff crew and they were so friendly! Kinda wished I stayed the day of the concert until the day after as oppose to the day before until the day after smh. I won’t be coming back here.

Overall, I would rate my stay 3 out of 5 stars. While the hotel had the potential to provide a great experience, there were several issues that kept it from meeting my expectations. When we first arrived, we were in a hurry to get to a concert, so we dropped our bags and headed out without doing a thorough inspection of the room. Unfortunately, when we returned later that evening, we realized the room had not been cleaned as well as it should have been. It was disappointing to discover this after we had already settled in. Another concern was the lack of basic amenities. When I contacted Guest Services to request additional towels, blankets, and pillows, I was informed that none were available. For a hotel, especially one accommodating multiple guests, I believe these essentials should be readily accessible. On a positive note, the staff I interacted with were courteous, and the location was convenient for our plans. However, cleanliness and the availability of basic guest amenities are fundamental parts of the hotel experience, and unfortunately, those areas fell short during my stay. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve. With more attention to room cleanliness and better stocking of essential items for guests, I believe future visitors could have a much better experience than we did.

Here's what ill say. I am a blue collar worker and stay in a variety of hotels. A friendly check in will make or break you in my opinion. Taylor (i hope i remember your name right check in Wednesday afternoon) you nailed it man. Threw in a little curve ball and you locked in and figured it out without giving up on me after 10 hours of traveling. I appreciate you and your kindness today. Yes. There is a portable aircon in my room. The hose to exhaust it out the window was laying on the floor and not connected. Do you know what I did? I reconnected it set that baby on 60 and tonight im cool as a cucumber. Perspective is everything. Is it perfect. Nope. Under construction and I assume as the first floor is off limits to guest that beautiful things are coming. Also yes. The pool is down for maintenance. NO worries for me but might be to some. My sheets are clean and yes the toilet is diagonal in the bathroom layout but ya know...it seems to flush just fine. I've given one star to a 5 star because the check in was trash. You all are so kind here and it just felt like coming back to somewhere id been before. Cheers.

Overall, our stay was just okay, but there were several issues that really need to be addressed. When we arrived, we found old, foul-smelling food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, and there was quite a bit of garbage underneath the beds. It made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before we checked in. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. The employee working the breakfast area was not very friendly, and despite there only being about five people eating, we were told to wait 15–20 minutes for more food. We waited, came back downstairs, and were then told we had to wait another 15–20 minutes because they had run out again. It was frustrating, especially with so few guests. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. Better attention to room cleanliness and breakfast service would make a significant difference.
