  I picked this hotel because it advertised EV charging as one of it's amenities, but there is only a Tesla supercharger that does not support non-Tesla vehicles. And even if you had a Tesla you wouldn't be able to leave it charging overnight and save time, which is the whole point of having chargers at hotels. Staff had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about the advertised EV chargers.

  Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The only thing left lacking was breakfast. There was 6 pieces of bread, 3 muffins and 2 bagels left when I went for breakfast at 8:45 am. Other than that no bacon and no hard boiled eggs. Waffles and cereal were also available. No plain coffee cream, only hazelnut. I used milk for the cereal. If breakfast had been stocked I would have given 5 stars. They are doing repairs to the property but nothing that interfered with our stay.

  We were traveling with our daughter and booked this hotel through a third party company as three for a King suite. When we arrived, we were informed a King suite sleeps only two people. We went back and forth for almost two hours between the hotel and third party company to eventually be told there is zero solutions available. Besides this, the hotel was under construction. There was no signage on the front of the hotel, the pool was out of service and the room next to us was full of painting equipment and empty beer cans. I think the part that made it the most frustrating is that the hotel was listed as a four star hotel. Serious misrepresentation. This hotel was not good and I would not recommend.

  Very strong smell or air freshener in the lobby all the time. When I arrived the music in the lobby was VERY loud, more like a party than an actual lobby. Very slow and unpleasant check in absolutely must be improved. The room was a mix of totally new and updated and decrepit/moldy. Window air conditioner was quiet and efficient, unlike many older models. Brand new mini-fridge and microwave in room 409. I had to request the coffeemaker 3 times and it never arrived. The next day I was able to get a coffee-maker but it was disgustingly filthy inside, with some yellow grease that was difficult to clean (like butter). It was pretty bad. No stores within walking distance. Some restaurant within 5 minutes. Easy check-out thankfully. This has a potential of being a 4 star hotel but is currently a 2 star max.

  Absolutely awful! The “workers” at the front desk are incompetent at best, especially the “managers”. They are, in addition to being messy, rude. If and when they look up from their screens — computers but more often their personal cells — one is greeted with a nasty tone, eye rolls, and, subsequently, no follow through. The property is laden with trash — literally and figuratively — and the stench of weed and cigarettes pervades the property, both inside and out. Each floor is perfumed with weed, smacking you in the face once the elevator opens. Room doors are left open for any transient druggy vagabond to set up home for the night, as they certainly wouldn’t be stopped by the lackluster employees doomscrolling at the front desk. And, last but not least, the breakfast is disgustingly unimpressive. Photos depict trash left in the hallways for 36 hours; towels keeping the sketchy closets ajar for days; and doors ajar — all night long — for anyone’s use.
