  Room was cleaned when I check in , breakfast was already, coffee was perfect, but dont ever think about use the hotel laundry, bring enough changes if possible.

  Our party had reserved a suite 9 months prior. When we arrived we were told it wasn't ready yet, so we left our bags and ran some errands. Upon our return we were told they had given away the suite. Unacceptable. Then they offered a rollaway in a double queen and want to charge us the suite rate. Unacceptable. First they never should have given it away, second we should have been offered 2 rooms for the same price.

  So I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and play the New York to visit family that were nearby and I was told that this was the hotel to go to my first experience when I entered my room and it was somewhat clean , very good also there was a housekeeper there that treated me and my family very kind I believe the young gentleman's name was tido very good guy kept my room immaculate only issue I had is that I can the next day to give him a tip and he was no longer a part of the company I was informed so sad that companies will do this to people that work so hard shame on you guys.

  Terrible experience. I was booked for 2 nights stay, my flight was cancelled and I could not make it the first night. I called that day and told them my flight was cancelled and I was stuck in the airport at a connection flight. I showed up the next day for my stay of the second night and they cancelled my reservation and they were booked full, so I had to go to another hotel. On top of that, they still charged me for the first night stay and would not refund it event though it was out of my control, avoid this hotel. Update: Called hotel as requested below, was told no refund because I just didn’t show up. That was untrue so I gave the case number from where I had contacted IHG. I was told they would have the manager look at it and call me back. No one has yet to return my call. Avoid this hotel.

  I stayed here two months ago and it was great so, I stayed again last night and it was not a good experience. I called ahead of time to see if I could have a first floor room, they said they would add a note in so I could..I get here to check in and they don’t have any first floor rooms available anymore. Then the breakfast wasn’t warm, the cleaning lady kept spraying cleaning spray near the food repeatedly. We went swimming, the pool was good, although the hot tub is out of order and doesn’t have this listed on the website, we go to sit outside at the chairs and table set up and got locked out, no key card reader to get back in. Then later we go to the other outdoor seating area, this has a keypad but it didn’t work to get back in. We were locked out two times in two separate areas. This could be a huge problem for someone disabled. We complained about this at the front desk, the lady was nice and said they have had multiple complaints about this yet management does nothing to resolve the issue.
