    We walked in were greeted with a smile and the lady at the front desk was super friendly. The hotel was nice. We walked into the room, it was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the TV and maintenance was there right away (turns out it was user error) but they all were so nice. Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

    My last stay was slightly spoiled as I found after check in that housekeeping didn't check the refrigerator for leftovers. The previous guest had left 2 contaminated opened containers in the fridge. *I say "contaminated" because as I poured the contents out they smelled of urine.

    There was a newly renovated sign on the outside, but the renovations were poor quality. Among the problems we encountered: the carpet squares, which appeared fairly new, were fraying, the soap dispenser in the shower was broken (I tried to put it back together,) the coat hook came loose when I removed my coat (I replaced it without tools) and the bathroom faucet was so poorly designed that water ran all over the counter whenever we used it. The parking lot was being sealed by one lone man with a bucket and brush. The breakfast lacked the mini cinnamon rolls with Holiday Inn Express is known for, with large cinnamon rolls instead. Some recent stays at other Holiday Inn Express have had amazing new beans to fresh coffee machines, but this had a Folgers dispenser. The creamer had gone bad. Never staying here again.

    Frank and his staff are amazing. He saved our trip to visit our daughter from ending before it began due to an error on my part. Frank made our problem his problem and came up with a solution that saved the day for us. Thank you Frank and please thank your GM. Go Saints!

    The hotel is too big. The restaurant is really crappy, and the laundry facilities for guests are free but limited and not easily accessible. However, the staff is wonderful here. The location is okay but not many good restaurant options around the immediate area
