  The room itself was fine, but the staff are super weird and rude- I witnessed an interaction in which another guest found bloody underwear under his bedsheets and was told there was nothing that could be done. Pretty weird and I won't be back!

  The room was clean and tidy. There are restaurants within a 5 minute driving distance. Beverly at the front desk was extremely helpful when I needed to make several copies of something. Her customer service was top notch!

  The staff were absolutely amazing, especially the manager, Niahja. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout my stay. She generously allowed me to extend my checkout time from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at no extra charge. Unfortunately, I got caught up at my daughter’s sporting event and completely lost track of time. When I realized how late it was, I felt terrible. To my surprise, Niahja was so understanding and compassionate. She not only extended my checkout again until 4:00 p.m., but she also reassured me with the sweetest, most comforting tone, which immediately put me at ease. Even though I insisted on paying for the additional late checkout, she and the team kindly refused to charge me anything. Niahja truly went above and beyond, and her genuine kindness made my stay even more memorable. Thank you for such outstanding hospitality!

  Everything was wonderful. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. The gentleman that is the breakfast attendant was on top of everything, with a smile and kind words. It was really nice he had time to come chat with my sister and brother in law whom live in Massachusetts, talk of the baseball team and the prospect for the patriots up coming season. Wonderful experience. I say this as I do work in this industry and I greatly appreciate, the great guests service, by those we have encountered. Thank you, and keep up the great work. Also thank you for the lists of restaurants and including staffs favorites, we went to the Santa Fe and it was delicious.
