  I was there for NY Bigfoot 🫈 what a fun time. I would have stayed there but they wanted $300 a night.

  Lex and Brody were absolutely superior in their service delivery. They should be commended. Seriously, the check-in process was a breeze with those two, and they were top-notch professionals. The issue with this location is that it desperately needs a renovation. The rooms are dated, and cleanliness is not the best. In fact, I had to move rooms because the first room was pretty gross. I cannot say I will not stay here again, but the cleanliness has got to improve.

  I'm saying this as a patriotic American. After a long day, the last thing I wanted was a TV that automatically resets to Fox News every time I turned it on. I thought I could relax a little at the bar, but almost all of their TV's were on Fox as well during the RNC with loud volume. My stay here felt like I was being held in a political re-education camp. Strange and annoying experience. The staff seemed very nice and were doing a great job. Front desk and bartender were great, and the room was clean. It's a shame that their boss had to ruin things.

  Rooms are nice and clean. Unlike many other Holiday Inns, it lacks free continental breakfast.

  Very disappointing experience at Holiday Inn I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Holiday Inn. I have been a loyal IHG guest and even used my points for this stay, so I expected much better treatment. The biggest issue was the way my family was treated by the front-desk staff. My brother was visiting with his service dog, and instead of handling the situation professionally and respectfully, an employee was rude and confrontational, insisted that my brother leave, and threatened to charge me $250 if the dog entered the hotel. I was later charged $196, which I felt was completely inappropriate and especially upsetting after I had already complained. When I called that evening, the night manager told me the charge was a mistake. Given the circumstances, however, it felt retaliatory and left me very uncomfortable. The next morning, despite having a late checkout, housekeeping repeatedly banged on the door about two hours before we were supposed to leave. There was no greeting or courtesy—just, “When are you leaving?” This added to an already unpleasant experience. I have stayed at Holiday Inn properties before and value my IHG membership, but the rude and disrespectful treatment by the staff at this location was unacceptable. I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately, I did not receive either. I would not recommend this location based on my experience with the staff and the way this situation was handled.
