  I really enjoyed staying here for one night. Room was nice and cozy and somewhat sound proofed. Beds were comfy. Nice shower and bathroom. Also has hair dryer and iron board, TV, small refrigerator and AC/heat. Nice continental breakfast place and foods/drinks on two lower levels (7AM-10AM). The only negative things were the tight space in the parking lot due to others not lining up their cars properly and one elevator, which became busy in the morning. Waited long and so had to use the stairways to get to the lobby floor and to breakfast room. Overall, Nice service at check-in/check-out. I'd recommend this place. A+

  Llegamos por el subway y la zona plagada de homeless y gente buscando problemas (solo pasamos caminando) nos gritaron e hicieron señas obscenas, (todavía esto pues no es tanto culpa del hotel se puede entender PERO) al ser cadena reconocida pensamos que seria muy diferente, al llegar al hotel, desde fuera se ve descuidado, sucio, entramos y huele raro, esto apenas es el lobby, todo el piso asqueroso, el que nos atendió todo bien muy amable, nada de problema con el recepcionista, el elevador parece descuidado de los 2000, sucio es una palabra que engloba perfectamente todo el hotel, pasillos, no se diga el cuarto, olores raros, moscas volando por todo el cuarto, el clima se ve que no le han dado mantenimiento desde hace AÑOS. Si están buscando por presupuesto muy limitado, es un ok muy generoso quedarse aqui. Si tienen el presupuesto quédense en otro lado, y otra cosa. Nos retuvieron $150 dlls de deposito, ni en el Hyatt de grand central (precioso el hotel, en la zona mas cara de NYC piden $100 max de deposito) Mi opinión personal: una m*rda de hotel. No tienes presupuesto? Como quiera piénsenlo 2 veces

  Hotel convenient for reaching JFK, but terrible in other respects: common areas really run-down, our room was practically at level -1, you'd open the window and find the street and bars right there, the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the room wasn't soundproofed at all; breakfast really poor, there wasn't even any water.

  No tiene nada que ver las fotos publicadas en el sitio web con la realidad: viejo, sucio, pequeño... parece salido de una película de terror... para el precio que he pagado (250$ la noche) me esperaba mucho más, sobre todo por pertenecer a la cadena Best Western... pero supongo que esto es NY. En España por esta misma calidad de hotel habría pagado 40 euros la noche.

  I just entered the hotel and the bathroom . All that glitters is not always diamond, true statement as our 4 star gotel were okay. We just moved from 5 star hotel in springvalley and staying here for one night for our early morning flight. When I saw this was a 2 star hotel, some bad reviews and outside area and parking did not look great or posh, I was so so skeptical how rooms would be Surprisingly this exceeded my expectations. Very very very good bathroom very clean , only issue is the towel were okay but that's fine. Bed is amazing, it is wooden flooring which I loved as I hate carpet . Very good for quick stay. Loving it and wrote the review quickly my first time for a hotel. I know where to to stay next near JFK airport. 😊
