  Stayed in Room 311 on 5/24–25/2026. The staff here were excellent — very friendly and extremely helpful. The room looked clean at first glance, but it really needs a deep cleaning. There was what looked like ketchup on the side of the desk, a brown stain on the bathroom door, and the top of the refrigerator was covered in dust. The bed was too close to the wall on one side with no nightstand, which made it inconvenient. Some of the dishes were still wet in the cabinet, and the TV setup was confusing and difficult to use. Good people working here, but the room condition and setup need improvement.

  We were accidentally checked into an occupied room, but the front desk host handled it beautifully—she was deeply apologetic, fixed the issue right away, and kindly gave us a complimentary food item. That said, the property desperately needs a renovation. Though the room was mostly clean, it felt dull and tired, and the bathroom was noticeably dingy and stained. Service gets 5 stars, but the physical property needs work.

  The hotel was well located but the room was right next to the lobby. Someone thought it was a great idea to let their dog bark in the lobby for several minutes. Instead of asking the people to quiet down, the front desk Agent (Ashley) thought it was better to debate me. There’s a Hampton Inn and Courtyard by Marriott close to this. Stay there instead. You’ll enjoy the professional staff much better.

  Not a huge deal, but when we opened the door and turned on the kitchen light, it was displaying a light show. Blinking and flickering. I turned it off only to find that the room was simply to dark without it because the only other lighting was lamps. No other ceiling lights. So not even 18 minutes into our getting there, I reported it and they said they'd have maintenance come fix it. It never got fixed. So in order to have lighting of any sorts, we had to live with the constant flickering of this light. Ya'll may think its no big deal, but it was horrible for us being the only proper ceiling light that gave any good type of lighting. I use this Motel often. No more! Yes, over a simple light, im done with them!

  Awful. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated like dirt. The lady with the glasses at the front desk cancelled our reservation on us because we wanted an explanation and written proof of why we’re being charged. She then proceeded to call LOCAL customers BURDENS, called us poor, and call the authorities on us.
