  I stayed here multiple times in the past prior to Holiday Inn taking over. My first night was fine. Although I do wish they would keep the bar/restaurant open later. The second night, my room window was facing the interior of the hotel. Apparently this butts up to their meeting room where at after 11pm they were having a 24 hour religious meeting that went on literally all night. I have pictures of them leaving the door open while conducting their prayers. Why would you put someone in this room knowing this would be happening well into the morning?!?! Vaccums running at 7:30-8am. Had to call the front desk to complain and the gentleman was very kind. At checkout, I was not asked how my stay was, so I am leaving this review. I paid over $400 for two nights to not get any sleep before my 12 hour work shift tonight.

  I was traveling into town for a wedding, but no longer was able to make it due to childcare. Despite my cancellation being within their seven days policy. Their team was not empathetic and willing to work with me to find a resolution. And I was charged for my stay. This was really frustrating.

  Horrible service and completely unprofessional!! Alexa at the front desk was extremely rude making this experience bad right from the start. I’ve been to many holiday inn’s and have never experienced horrible service like this.

  The hotel is nice with the exception of the parking. This is primarily feedback on removing tax. The way this was done is in 3 separate transactions which makes it really annoying to explain and enter. None of the three staff I interacted with really seemed to know how to do this either at checking in or out. I have stayed in other Holiday Inns and this has not been an issue so please consider training staff on this.

  There is Drug Trafficking going on out the back door parking lot! I stayed at the Holiday Inn at 1730 North Ocean Ave Holtsville NY on 5.28.26 on the 2nd floor. I couldn't sleep bc a door below me kept banging so loud for hours that the walls in my room shook. I went down the stairwell to the 1st floor and I noticed the back door to the parking lot was Jimmied open and people were coming and going like a revolving door. I went in and out of the door myself without a key? I walked back up stairs and called the front desk. A woman answered and I explained what was happening and that the door needs to lock and I don't feel safe. She said " ok I'll lock it". I told her the lock has been jimmied open and that there are disconnected wires . Her response was " this is the first I've heard about this". I went back upstairs down the end of the hallway from my room and looked out the window that has a view of the parking lot. I saw a guy and a girl in a car right by the broken door doing drugs and I took pictures and video 😳. There were other people in the parking lot just sitting in their cars doing who knows what? I walked downstairs to the lobby and explained to the another woman employee at the desk what was up and that I wanted to leave. Her response was "well they're doing drugs in their car and I can't do anything about that. I said well they're going in and out of the unlocked door, don't you guys watch the cameras? There's drug trafficking going on duh! Her response was I can move you to another room on the 3rd floor. So at this point It was late and I was so tired. I said ok but asked her for a credit for my room ,I said " this is rediculious". She said I don't have the authority to refund your money. It was late and I felt trapped. I must of slept about 3-4hrs and I was pist! In the morning I just grabbed my stuff and couldn't get out of this place fast enough. Worst experience ever at a Holiday Inn !!! Some Holiday!
