  This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. Dirty, smelly room upon getting in room dirty sheets with bodily fluid stains on them. I never had a 1st night, because of moving to another room at 3am in the morning. My 1st night was the most worst hotel experience ever and led to the whole stay being disappointing. I'll never stay at The Holiday Inn during this lifetime pictures of dirt found on sheets included. Thanks Holtsville, NY

  I did not stay at this hotel, but as somebody that was driving for 2 hours and just needed to have a rest real quick Charlene at your front desk, not only provided me that, but she also brightened up my day with her kindness, encouraging words her energy could light up the darkest room💗 i hope whoever reads this is holiday inn management and recognizes how wonderful your employee is. I was not in there for more than 5 minutes, And she completely changed my demeanor and brought joy and happiness to my day. Thank you Charlene for being such a light she deserves a raise in so much more!

  I had a wonderful experience staying at this Holiday Inn location and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I checked in, the front desk team set the tone for a fantastic stay—warm, professional, and efficient. Check-in was completely seamless, and the staff made sure I had all the details I needed regarding hotel amenities and parking. The room itself exceeded expectations. It was spotless, well-maintained, and noticeably quiet throughout the night. The mattress and pillows provided excellent support, making for a restful, uninterrupted sleep. The climate control worked quietly and effectively, the bathroom was pristine with great water pressure and plenty of fresh towels, and the workspace was well-lit and comfortable for getting tasks done. Beyond the room, the property as a whole is exceptionally well managed. Common areas and hallways are kept in top shape, parking is convenient and well-lit, and the on-site amenities (including the fitness area and dining options) add great value to the stay. The location is also ideal—tucked away enough to avoid heavy noise, yet conveniently positioned with quick access to the Long Island Expressway and surrounding areas, making travel around the region effortless. Whether you are visiting for business, catching a flight nearby, or traveling with family, this property delivers top-tier hospitality and reliability. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the area!

  Extremely disappointing and unfair experience. I was accused of smoking in my room and told to leave before my scheduled checkout, despite the fact that I do not smoke and had been away from the hotel for over 9 hours due to work. Before leaving around 4:50 AM, I specifically told JR, the front desk employee, that I smelled cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. He did not appear concerned. Later that day, while I was at the gym, the hotel called and told me there was a strong smell of smoke coming from my room. I had been gone since approximately 4:50 AM. When I returned to retrieve my belongings, the smoke smell was still extremely strong, as if someone was actively smoking at that time. Yet I was the person accused and removed from the property. I requested alarm timestamps, inspection records and details of who reported the smoke, but never received the evidence requested. The hotel refunded my unused night AND my $100 incidental deposit. If they were confident I violated their no-smoking policy, why was the incidental deposit also returned rather than applying the smoking charge they claimed I was responsible for? Guest Relations ultimately sided with the hotel without providing the evidence I requested. Months later, I still feel my concerns were never genuinely investigated or taken seriously. I would not recommend this property based on how I was treated and how this situation was handled.

  My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn after a quick family trip. It was very easy to reach, so we will probably return for future trips. The hotel is very nice with many amenities. Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was greatly appreciated. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoy finding good places to stay.
