  I stayed at this Holiday Inn and was impressed by how clean and new the hotel was. The property itself is well maintained, and I really liked the overall look and feel. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the hotel. It was difficult to get my room cleaned during my stay. I had to call and request housekeeping almost every time, which became frustrating and inconvenient. It would have been much better if the room had been serviced without having to ask. On the morning I checked out, I learned that there had been multiple car break-ins overnight. There were four police cars outside the hotel when I left. Thankfully, my rental car was not one of the vehicles that was broken into, but it was unsettling to see. Overall, the hotel itself is very nice and modern, but the housekeeping service and the security concerns took away from what could have been a much better stay.

  Super nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The A/C is cold and the hotel is quiet. Stayed here on a work trip, but I would bring my family here.

  This is a budget hotel which is not inexpensive. However, comparatively speaking, it is competitively priced for similar hotels in the region, and is is convenient. Our room was ready early, but no one on the staff seemed to notice that the air conditioner unit in the room was broken. The hotel engineer on call, Michael, tried unsuccessfully to breathe life into the existing unit. When called back, he rose to the occasion and saved the day by quickly replacing the entire unit. If not for his expertise, we would have suffered. He earned our gratitude and deserves credit for doing his job well.

  I hate leaving a one star review because Gina at the front desk was amazing and made it a great experience for us. HOWEVER that was a month ago now and I still never got my $150 security deposit back! The front desk was no help when I called annd spoke to two different people… and I have left numerous voicemails with the billing department. A month is ridiculous…. If I ever get my deposit back I’ll update this . But as of right now I am extremely disappointed and out $300 between the room and security deposit still.
