  Booked a suite, but didn’t have enough towels to accommodate the number of people within the suite. Too much of the work load seems to be on the front desk as they had to provide sheets for the pullout bed and extra towels after check-in (which took over an hour to receive because they’re checking in other guests). Rarely any pool towels which you had to ask the front desk for I think if there were none available and they had to deliver them to you at a later time.Took over two days for the alarm in the pool area to be addressed and water was cold until the alarm was off. Breakfast was decent however there’s always a long line at coffee and there’s limited seating. Space and rarely was the second area of tables opened.

  If not for its location this hotel would get 5 stars. Every time if you travel to Niagara, you will end up paying toll. Not much activity for families other than scenic walk. There are no restaurants around this place. Burratta is very limited on options. Plenty of parking. Skip the pool. Other amenities are adequate.

  The service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and Lauren at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and helpfulness made my stay even better. I’ll definitely be back!

  Beautiful property, great breakfast, the entire staff was excellent! Especially Lauren, she was extremely helpful and personable. By far the best employees I’ve dealt with in a IHG hotel. Room was large and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area.

  The AC is broken, the room is running 77-79 while being set at 68 with full AC, with kids sweating in bed, and no one to fix the problem until we check out. Essentially we were told that no one would come to fix it until morning and until we take our luggage out. We were given another room to move at 11:30 pm but it is hard to move with small kids and everything and luggage in the middle of the night or early in morning to another room. I asked if they had a pedestal fan for the night and they told they won't be able to offer us one. They don't pick up phones at reception from room requiring us to go down to speak to them every time. Reason for 2 stars is because their breakfast is not bad.
