  I reserved 2 rooms.. request for connecting room but they didn’t give and they lied also bathroom was not properly clean/ commode was leaking/whole bedroom light not working. I will tell my family and friends not to come there. most importantly my aged mom and 3 toddlers with us.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Holiday Inn Express Grand Island! I had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express on Grand Island. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere that made my stay very enjoyable. A special thank-you to Lauren, the manager, for being incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that my experience was a positive one. Her professionalism and genuine care for guests really stood out. I also want to recognize Mk at the front desk. Mk was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Having someone at the front desk who is approachable, patient, and willing to help makes such a big difference, and Mk definitely made me feel welcome. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Holiday Inn Express on Grand Island to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The staff truly makes this hotel stand out, and Lauren and Mk deserve special recognition for the excellent service they provide. Thank you for a great stay! I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a wonderful experience at this inn. The entire property is clean, welcoming and very well maintained. The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition they are incredibly polite, professional and attentive to detail. The rooms are always immaculate, with fresh, clean sheets and crisp, spotless towels every time. The front desk staff is equally impressive. They are professional, courteous, attentive and always seem to be on point whenever assistance is needed. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard of service. Overall, the cleanliness, professionalism and excellent customer service really stand out. I would absolutely recommend here to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and well-managed place to stay.

  I was referred to stay here due to the location to Niagara Falls and in a quieter part of town. This will be the first and last time I stay here. Everything looked good until I looked closer.. The room was musty, and dirty. Hair from previous customers on the bed and in the bathroom. Stains on the chair and bed sheets. I will gladly spend more money elsewhere than to pay to stay here again. Do not recommend booking a hotel room here unless you’re ok with sleeping in the same sheets as the last people in your room.

  I do not leave negative reviews of places, however I felt compelled to write one for this hotel. We were a family of 4 checking in to this hotel to be near the falls for 2 nights. To start, when we entered our room, there was a strong humid smell and musty smell. There were only 3 towels, not nearly enough for a family of four. Not to mention, the shower handle was completely broken with a screw sticking out of it, making it very difficult to turn on the shower. When we explained this to the front desk, the man gave us a stern and emotionless expression and said, “I do not understand what you are saying,” when we explained again, he said “it’s a handicap shower, you have to pull it out” when we explained to him that the issue wasn’t that, it was that the shower handle was broken and difficult to get to turn on, he said he would send maintenance in the morning, which never came. Also, when we went down to the pool, it was not maintained well, it was dirty, and there were no towels at all there. There are better hotels in the area worth your money.
