  Highly recommend overall. Rooms are very large and comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast had an amazing variety and was well stocked despite how busy it was. Pool area was clean and great. Roof top bar had fair prices, good service and amazing wings! If I could do 4.5 stars I would. Only things that resulted in reduced ratings was elevator and lobby area floors were a little dirty. Parking was tricky. There are not a lot of spots in the main area, but if you drive around you can find smaller areas. Front desk service was overall good, but you need to be patient with the individual. Overall great stay. Close to many things but far enough off the beaten path. Slept great and was a hassle free stay. Would stay here again!

  Sehr angenehmes, großes Zimmer, leider mit Teppich, sauber, gutes Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse, Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, ruhig, Parkplatz kostenfrei,mit jeder Überquerung der Brücke zahlt man Gebühren , 1,75$

  This is a good place to stay as it's in-between the falls and town with a <10 min drive either way. If you're looking for a somewhat secluded area to stay with a short drive to the falls or restaurants this is ideal. The rooms were clean and it is affordable. Our rooms hvac was making a terrible noise and the maintenance man Kevin ended up replacing the entire unit for us - crisis averted. Thank you Kevin, Holiday Inn is lucky to have you, your work is appreciated. The breakfast was pretty good and all the staff were polite. We enjoyed our stay.

  Very clean, and well run.  Cheaper than staying in Niagara Falls, yet still close to the attractions.  I brought my daughter, who has special needs, to see the Falls, and I found the staff at this hotel to be very kind, especially Lauren.  She went out of her way to make my daughter feel at home, which was lovely to see.  Would recommend!

  Leaving today after a two-night stay. Overall, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but there are two issues worth mentioning. First, the front desk was frequently unattended. I had to return three times this morning just to try to check out. More concerning was the amount of mold in the shower in Room 334. There was a large, clearly visible area of mold, which made using the shower and bathroom quite unpleasant. I have stayed in many hotels and honestly cannot recall encountering this much mold in a hotel bathroom before. This definitely needs to be addressed by management. The room itself was otherwise quite good, which makes these issues particularly unfortunate.
