I guess $300 a night only gets you single ply toilet paper. All the soaps are nailed down so you don't take off with them like some kind of prison. And no longer offer a scavenger hunt, or Lego build sessions to keep the kids entertained. And get this, if you opt not to get your room cleaned, they'll let you cut in line for a ride. This place has really gone downhill

The price for an overnight stay is ridiculous to not include an inclusive experience. If you don’t want to include adults in that experience then at least allow children to eat for free and get a real ice cream bar! I also think a game card should be included with your stay so kids can play the arcade games. I’m not sure if activities for kids were offered throughout the day because I refused to pay additional for an early check in but I hope so. The “meet and greet” lacked because only one character was present to take photos and the “pajama party” was over by time we left dinner and went back to the room to change. I could of took my kids to the park if I wanted them
to play on a playscape. The room was nice the only issues I had was I had four children who all wanted to sleep in bunk beds but only three could sleep. And the temperature was cold. I had to keep Turing the heat up. The plus was the proximity to the amusement park. Everything else screams money grab. It’s not worth the cost to stay.

We entered to a pajama party with a women full volume screaming and singing with lights blinking. I couldn't even hear the front desk women tell me what to do. Self check in was easy to understand and very convenient. The rooms looked cool but cleaning could of done way better. Dust on all the lego builds, kids area wasnt in the best shape. Our bed was LUMPY!! You could feel years of bodies forming to it... there was hair on our towels. The shower was very clean though, super plus. The room was freezing 🥶 like 40 degrees the ac was left on. The "free" breakfast was liquid fake egg, microwaved thin "bacon" and smiley face greasy "potatoes" everything else you had to pay for. $8 coffee.. the pizza order in room was $30.. we went to the diner down the street that was worth it!! So much food!! Overall spending almost $1000 for one night and a bday package that could of been put more effort into was not worth it. Next visit we will be staying at a different hotel. Also the pool was closed, no heated pool at a hotel full if kids.. thanks for the night if crying.

I love Legoland NY, but I have been staying here every year for the past several years and there has been a noticable decline in this hotel.
The room rates are astronomical, breakfast includes less and less every time we come, dinner has turned into a buffet which is $40pp that is not worth the price, and the hotel rooms have not been maintained as much I'd hope for the price. (Furniture was chipped, chairs with visible wear, lights in the bunk beds didn't work). The workshop classes cost money now.
The parking isnt included.
The location and theming of the rooms is what still makes staying here so special for the kids. However, it's becoming harder and harder to justify.

- I would recommend to have a single day trip only. The hotel stay was not worth it especially for the price!
-Stayed for 1 night. Extremely expensive overall. Additional charge for parking despite staying at hotel. Bricks restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. Ordered a vegetarian sausage and was given regular sausage which unfortunately I took a bite of. I have a very strict dietary preference. The management only offered to make a new meal however I don't believe it was enough. Our meal order wasn't complicated and that should not have happened. Overall the Legoland park was fine for toddlers. They do charge extra for every small item. Also someone knocked on our door at 9am to see if we were checking out early, which made us feel rushed. Again would only recommend to have a single day trip . The hotel stay was not worth it especially for the price!
