- SFsara fertig3 days ago3.0Front Desk Staff, pool and hot tub are all great. Rooms aren’t so great, several things need repair or furnishings updated in room. Rooms were also not very clean, and cleaning staff didn’t tidy room or restock items like tissues or soap dispenser daily. We were on the first floor and believe we were given pet rooms, since the rooms smelled like it, but we had no pets with us.
- JGJustin Graney5 days ago3.0The only reason this place is getting the rating I am giving is because they have good people working there like Kim, her husband who does the maintenance, and Janet who cleans. They are the backbone of this place and need a raise. Seriously. They were short staffed and doing the job of 3-4 people. On arrival the room I was assigned wasn't made up, the second room wasn't clean, and the third room was clean and we took it. Kim made it right and everyone on staff was running around crazy to make it all happen with limited help. Location is fine. It would have been off putting if not for the incredible staff.

When I contacted the hotel, they claimed the extra $20 was a “damage hold” and said it would be refunded in 10–14 days.My booking was already made through the app with my credit card on file, so there was no reason for an additional hold without informing me. I am attaching photos of both the invoice and the transaction, taken after 24 hours of checkout, to show the discrepancy.This experience raises concerns about transparency and billing practices. Guests should double‑check their statements and keep proof of charges.
