  Hotel is in a convenient location if you have any event in Queens to attend or need to rest before/after La Guardia airport. The rooms are modern and spacious for NYC but the bathroom door is a sliding mechanism and doesn’t lock which I did not like. The kids playroom is also something advertised on their website but was still undergoing renovation when we stayed.

  stayed here for one day hotel was very clean and well maintained. location of the hotel is weird and nowhere to go there by walking like very commercial area. room was very clean just ac made sometimes loud sound when set to certain temperatures. also bathroom floor very slippery when walking in socks i fell few times. room was quite facing city. went to thai buffet all can eat then next door recommend karaoke very fun and have billiards did that for hour. took quick look at rooftop but no one was there on monday and the music was not my vibe. parking 1$ an hour and can take car in and out just pat by hour. no free breakfast but left early anyway. near airport with free shuttle. would stay here again for room decor and cleaninnes but location not that inspiring.

  I am a flight attendant and away from home quite a bit. The Voco is my safe place away from home. When I come to an establishment I want to feel safe, receive exceptional customer service and cleanliness. Thank you Voco staff, as I received everyone and more. The location is also a great Plus!! Free shuttle to the airport. I just want to praise Andrew(the front desk)for providing such a warm welcoming, professionalism, smiles, and kindness every time I come to the hotel. In addition, every person at the front desk has been exceptionally kind. Thank you housekeeping for the extra clean rooms so I sleep well. In addition, I wanted to thank management(Ali) for being just as personable as your staff. I really appreciate everyone of you. Kudos!!!!

  My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had two elevators, but only one was working, which caused long waits and made getting around the hotel very inconvenient, especially with luggage. There was also no bell service available, so guests had to carry all of their bags themselves. I do want to recognize the staff member who works the 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional, and helped with my luggage too. He made a positive impression despite the other issues. Unfortunately, my experience with the night shift front desk lady was the complete opposite. She was rude and unfriendly. Customer service makes a big difference, and her attitude really affected our stay. The hotel needs to improve its maintenance and ensure all staff provide the same level of courtesy and professionalism. It should also consider hiring bell staff. When guests are paying premium rates, it’s reasonable to expect assistance with luggage, especially when only one of the two elevators is working. These basic services can make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
