    Spent the night here for a Mets game. Rooms are super clean alittle small ,comfy queen bed microwave and small fridge. Overall works for us as we only needed to sleep the night. Walking distance to Citi Field. Parking garage is attached to hotel they chart I believe $33 but we use spot hero and got parking cheaper ($19)in the same parking garage highly recommend checking parking before buying through hotels. Would definitely stay here again if we ever came back.

    Hello, Hotel Indigo. On the 7th, while searching for hotels in Flushing on Google, I was delighted to discover that your establishment was an option, particularly because it was listed as a 4-star hotel. Consequently, we booked a two-night stay—from the 8th to the 10th—in Room 822. However, upon checking in on the 8th, I was immediately disappointed; the lobby lacked the ambiance and standards one would expect of a 4-star property. My disappointment only deepened upon entering the room and observing its amenities and facilities. Specifically, I have several points of complaint: 1. The air conditioning in the room was excessively loud. 2. The soundproofing was poor; on numerous occasions, we could clearly hear conversations and television sounds coming from the adjacent room. 3. The bathroom layout was poorly designed; whenever I entered the bathroom and closed the door, my back would frequently bump into the shower control handle. 4. The bathroom drainage was slow—or possibly partially clogged—resulting in my feet being left covered in soapy residue and dirty water after every shower. 5. The bathroom light—whether due to voltage fluctuations or a faulty bulb—flickered incessantly; after using the restroom, I was left with a strong sensation of dizziness. In summary, I am now thoroughly perplexed as to why Google designates Hotel Indigo Flushing as a 4-star hotel. Is this rating truly legitimate? I hope the hotel management can provide a response to these concerns.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel parking lot. The staff treated me differently from other guests in a way that felt discriminatory and disrespectful. While other cars were allowed to park without issue, I was questioned aggressively and spoken to rudely for no clear reason. The attitude and tone used toward me made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Instead of providing professional customer service, the staff seemed to make assumptions based on my appearance and treated me unfairly throughout the interaction. No guest should feel targeted or humiliated while simply trying to park at a hotel they are visiting. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews their staff behavior, and provides proper training to prevent this from happening again.

    This place is 1 star at best. Comfort and Holiday Inn beats this place. Everything screamed cheap. The hotel is somewhat clean. The bathroom is so small, that you have to squeeze through doors to make it through. The water pressure was weak. The door guards were coming off. The elevator is questionable, made sounds, shook at times lol and they didnt even have a proper luggage trolley. And the valet guy was the worse we have ever seen. Not only did this guy park another car behind us and blocked us, preventing us from leaving the premise after checking out. When I got out to talk to him, he kept walking away and avoiding us. I never say this but this guy should be fired. He is rude, unprofessional and full of himself. Safe to say, stayed once and not staying again and we're Platinum elite members here.

    Having now stayed at Hotel Indigo Flushing three times in the last two months as an IHG Diamond member, I can confidently say this property continues to impress and absolutely deserves a 5/5 rating. From the moment you arrive, the front office team makes you feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Every interaction has been warm, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The level of hospitality consistently delivered by the team is one of the main reasons I keep returning. The complimentary shuttle to and from LaGuardia Airport is another major plus and makes travelling in and out of New York extremely convenient. It removes so much stress from airport transfers and adds tremendous value to the overall experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for access to Flushing’s restaurants, shopping, and transport links into Manhattan. The rooms are modern, very clean, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, exactly what you need after a long day of travelling or exploring the city. I also want to sincerely thank the hotel for recognising my IHG Diamond status. On two of my three stays, I was upgraded to beautiful 11th floor suites which made the experience even more memorable. Those upgrades were very much appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to elite member recognition. Thank you once again to the entire team at Hotel Indigo Flushing for another outstanding stay. I will definitely be back!
