  I rarely leave a review like this unless the experience is truly unbearable. If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. We checked in last Wednesday, and it has now been a full week. The bedding felt somewhat damp. On the first night, I already started feeling itchy. After the second night, I woke up with multiple obvious insect bites, so we immediately checked out and moved to the Hyatt. A week later, the bite marks are still clearly visible and still itchy. Based on the symptoms, I suspect they may have been caused by fleas or some other type of pest. I regret not making a formal complaint immediately, but the front desk staff were so indifferent that I honestly did not feel they would take the issue seriously. This was an extremely unpleasant stay. Cleanliness and proper bedding are the most basic expectations of any hotel, and what happened here was unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Please think twice before booking.

  This is THE worst experience I could ever had i staying in a hotel. I have two nights of stay AND I have told the front desk that two nights are linked. They Even told me that I need to come down and redo my keys the next day. However, when I come back the second day, all my personal belonging are gone. They put those in a bag, But they opened my personal packages and belongings. I was really mad In my room but the staffs are obviously laughing outside. I have ask the manager to give me a written report of what happened but nothing happened. I really regretted it Bc i haven't called the police. They for sure violate my privacy. Worst ever experience. I won't come again.

  My flights were canceled and needed to stay by airport for 6 am flight next day. For $400 dollars for 1 night I would expect Tv and shower to work . I told front desk and didn’t offer anything. I mean a shower should work at least! Never again

  Fuimos de vacaciones con mi hija y, sinceramente, tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. El hotel es muy acogedor y realmente cumplió con todas mis expectativas. Mi hija y yo pasamos momentos muy felices durante nuestra estancia. Además, el restaurante del tercer piso es delicioso; la comida nos encantó. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y el ambiente era muy tranquilo y relajante. También vi muchos pilotos hospedándose allí, lo que me transmitió mucha confianza sobre la calidad del hotel y la comodidad que ofrece para descansar. Todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre nos explicó todo con mucha paciencia y cariño. Yo hablo poco inglés, pero hicieron todo lo posible por ayudarme. Además, cuentan con personal latino, quienes también fueron excelentes personas, muy atentos y amables. Definitivamente volveremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones en Nueva York. Viajamos allí con frecuencia y este hotel se ha convertido en uno de nuestros favoritos. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente! ------------------------------------ My daughter and I stayed here during our vacation, and honestly, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very cozy and truly exceeded all of my expectations. We had such a happy and relaxing stay. The restaurant on the third floor was absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed the food. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I also noticed that many airline pilots were staying at the hotel, which gave me confidence in its quality and showed that it's a great place to rest. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They explained everything with patience and genuine care. I don't speak much English, but they went out of their way to help me. They also have Spanish-speaking staff, who were equally friendly, helpful, and professional. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York. We visit New York often, and this hotel has become one of our favorites. We highly recommend it!
