  I want to post this as much as possible so others will beware. This establishment is not safe and run poorly by staff with no regard for the guests. Again, my room key was given to total strangers after midnight on the first night of my stay. They were unable to enter because of the extra locks I assume. Then, the front desk persons comes upstairs Linda on my door , past midnight, demanding my name and when I checked in. I call the desk to ask why on earth he came to my room at this hour and didn’t call? He lies to me and tells me he did call. I was right next to the phone, it did not ring. Next day, still troubled I approach the manager asking to share my concern, nope, he won’t listen to me, repeatedly interrupts, talks over me and ultimately stated he doesn’t have to listen to me, because he already knows about the problem. I give up on him And request a contact at corporate and I am given the business are of the general manager. I send him two emails and a text message, three days later and no reply! This is disgraceful. Women traveling alone, are not safe at this establishment. The staff with one notable exception, hence the one star rating, have no regard for the guests, confort or safety. Stay clear of this place.

  Great hotel and the 4th floor rooms are very nice including a multi headed shower! The best bed and a large TV. Super clean cant ask for more

  Stopped due to heavy rain overcoming our rain gear. Decided to stay another day due to persistent storms. Staff was very accommodating. Great location right of the Interstate, convenient to several meal options.

  My husband and I spent a week at this hotel. We could not have picked a more convenient location for all the wonderful attractions available in this area. Every member is the staff was helpful and kind. Always helpful when we had a need. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeper was very sweet. I was impressed to notice the manager was also involved in keeping the hotel clean and welcoming. What an example of leadership! I could go much longer: Food-5 Furnishing- 5 Cleanliness-5 Staff friendliness-5 Parking -5 Location-5 Can you tell we had a wonderful vacation and a wonderful stay at this hotel?

  This is the worst holiday inn I've ever stayed at. The room was not clean, there were stains all over the faucets, no platsic cups nor bags for ice, the bathroom is basically a closet just unbelievable. I went down for breakfast and couldn't eat anything, there were gnats in bread and bagel station and the pancake machine didn't work. This place is an atrocity!!!! Never Again!!!!!!!!!!
