  I was really surprised that this was a Best Western. It looked like private town houses at first. The rooms gave a kitchenette and are quite comfortable and nice.

  Will stay again when in the area. Clean room. Accommodating handicap and wheel chair accessible first floor room. Very kind individuals when we went to breakfast.

  I traveled nearly 3 hours from home in the late evening to what was supposed to be my reserved motel (studio 6 extended stay) only to find out when we arrived that despite having a reservation for over a month, they "overbooked" and don't have a room for me. I called booking.com, long story short, they found me this hotel and from the brief phone call I made to them to personally verify they had a room for us, to the time we checked in a few minutes later, the customer service couldn't have been better, just naturally professional and understanding, courteous and respectful. The next morning when we were preparing to check out, the gentleman there at that time was also just as friendly, professional and courteous. I had a major problem afterward with booking.com and it was not the responsibility of the hotel manager to correct, but the hotel manager, Miguel Martinez, went way above and beyond to assist me and thanks to him, I was able to resolve the issue with booking.com. If you need a cozy, professional, safe place to stay; stay at Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites. Outdoor pool, bbq grill, picnic area, just such a nice place. If I am every staying more than a few hours overnight before traveling to my next destination, I will have to book a room here. I have nothing but great things to say, including the continental (all American) breakfast, which includes fruit, coffee, juice, milk, cereal, a waffle iron, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage home fries and idk what else.

  We stayed here while visiting Bannerman Castle, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice! We booked one of the apartment-style suites, and it was spacious, spotless, and perfect for a family. It had everything we needed, including a small kitchen with dishes and cookware, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire property was quiet and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool, barbecue grills, and seating—it was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was better than expected, with hot items, fresh waffles, bagels, pastries, cereal, coffee, and juice. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting the Hudson Valley. Highly recommended!
