  We came to spend 4th of July weekend and have mix feelings about this place. The pros : location, rooms are spacious with a full kitchen. Customer service : front guys were approachable and nice. The free breakfast was basic — the breakfast lady was nice. Must go early otherwise will be on a line to make waffles. Had an issue with my TV and Jake was the best. He came over and fixed it after few tries. The cons: FILTHY pool. We chose this hotel for the outdoor pool since it’s really hot and we came with our two children. The pool had a rim of black dirt all over the tile. It was like black grease stuck at the rim of the pool. The pool was really crowded and there was no smell of chlorine. We only stayed for a hour and left afraid of catching something from the dirty water. Next day , 4th of July around 9am. The pool area was still dirty, leftover dirty towels all over . The pool water was murky. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool and dirt floating on it. I asked the guy in front if the pool got cleaned . He said it gets cleaned often but not daily and he also said there were lots of people in the pool the day before. Right!! It should get cleaned. We decided to go to a nearby state park with a lake beach since I was afraid of the pool. -No extra pillows or blankets: the rooms was advertised to sleep 4 —one king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a joke — thin and uncomfortable. No extra pillows or blankets in the room. We had to go to the front — they only had sheets—-no blankets or pillows. I overhead the guy in front telling another customer asking for the same that they didn’t think so many people was going to use the sofa beds and the person in charge of washing the sheets was not there and they were dirty. - Nobody picks up the garbage from the room or change towels. No cleaning service. If you need towels must go pick them up from the front desk. I paid $200 and change for this room a night and couldn’t use the pool. Had to pick up my own towels and sheets. No pillows or blankets available. I have a pile of garbage in the kitchen after two nights. —the room is for 4 people : there are two cups , two mugs, three plates and three forks in the kitchen. No dish soap. Overall, we won’t be returning to this hotel. This is my first time trying Best western and possibly my last. I will stick to Hilton or even Holiday Inn —always had good experiences with them in my travels.

  Our primary use for this hotel is to provide a space for our kids to swim, relax, play, and enjoy family BBQ on Independence Day holiday, now into our third year as a family tradition. The entrance to the hotel units can be a bit challenging to access if you’re not familiar with the traffic patterns between I-84 and US-9 and the layout of the other hospitality operations in the Westgate complex … … but the amenities such as the pool/BBQ (and presumably that fire pit lounge area might be in service during cooler weather) and the home-away-from home features befitting a luxury brand boutique hotel and the courtesy breakfast make this a good pick in our book.

  We stayed here for a wedding recently. They couldn't have been more accommodating for our group. Their lofted double king rooms were perfect for couples to share the space and the full kitchen was an added bonus. Would recommend highly.

  חדרים מרווחים ומקום מצויין, ישנו כאן בדרך מבוסטון לניו יורק, המיטה היתה נוחה וארוחת הבוקר נהדרת, יש מכונה להכנת וופלים שזה פינוק על הבוקר. למרות שהגענו מאוחר קיבלו אותנו בלבביות אמריקנית. אהבתי מאוד את נוחות הגישה לחדר, החנייה סמוכה לחדר. כמו כן בטיול הבוקר הופתעתי לטובה מהעיירה המטופחת.

  This hotel was great! The room we got (king bed with a sofa) was very spacious and had a small kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice pool area next to the reception, complete with a gazebo, which we enjoyed. The hotel was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
