I stopped in here on a business trip. The staff had me in my room in less than 5 minutes, and the room was clean and well stocked. Even at peak hours my shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was very good, and they had the best bacon of any hotel I’ve been to this year: very flavorful and cooked perfectly for my taste. There is an indoor pool and laundry, and the hotel was very quiet at night.

Overall stay was not bad, but breakfast service was so bad, very limited options in the food menu. Their toaster and griller was too old and it was taking too much time for grill, looks like they were using 2010 model. They need to replace with new one and can increase some food items for buffet.

Went for a PrimeFlight Job Fair. Clean and well- kept grounds. Nice Conference Room. Easily accessible off of Widewaters Pkwy in East Syracuse.

We had a great night here. The room was clean and comfortable. The person at the front desk that checked us in was exceptional. The next morning at the breakfast was exceptional as well. We went out of our way to thank and to recognize the person doing the breakfast.

The bed was too firm for me. The room is spacious. Nice couch and layout is fine. Breakfast was great. I loved the sausages. Sonia and Jay were wonderful. You are lucky to have them.
