  Poor-quality rooms and a very disappointing breakfast experience. Because of the high demand, they charge ridiculously high rates, but unfortunately, the quality you receive in return is well below what you would expect for the price. Even the basic details are lacking—the towels were old, with torn and badly worn edges. Breakfast is only offered from 7:00–9:00 AM and is described as buffet-style, but there is essentially one main item available at a time. With such a short breakfast window, everyone arrives at once, the serving trays are empty after just a handful of people, and then you can wait 20–30 minutes for someone to refill them. By the time food is available again, you may already need to leave. For the rates they charge, the overall quality, amenities, and service simply do not match the price. Given a choice, I would not stay here again.

  Aside from the visibly dirty (hopefully just stubborn stains) linen, the room was fine. I would actually stay here again

  Really enjoyed our time here-3 days in a large room, with a very comfy bed. Staff was super sweet (Esther, Tatiana, Lavinia, Corrina & even the maintenance man!) Breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was super good! It was so convenient to where my husband needed to be for work. Thanks for taking such good care of us! We will be back!

  Stayed here back in mid March I will tell you the hospitality and customer service isn't the best. The few days I was at the hotel housekeeping didn't come to my unit. Yes I did not make a request for them to come but you still think that they would have came by to grab towels and trash when bringing down towels to the front desk. The front desk lady told me where to put them in The employees only room in a bin. Rather than taking care of it herself same thing when I needed to barrow a plunger. Also, the gym equipment does not work. When addressing it with the checkout staff he was not very friendly about it either. The guy at check-in was very friendly. And the room was nice and clean.

  The “plus” in best western plus is actually just the price tag, not the quality of the rooms. We got there at 1:30am and the “discounted” rate was $236.
