  Aside from the visibly dirty (hopefully just stubborn stains) linen, the room was fine. I would actually stay here again

  Really enjoyed our time here-3 days in a large room, with a very comfy bed. Staff was super sweet (Esther, Tatiana, Lavinia, Corrina & even the maintenance man!) Breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was super good! It was so convenient to where my husband needed to be for work. Thanks for taking such good care of us! We will be back!

  Stayed here back in mid March I will tell you the hospitality and customer service isn't the best. The few days I was at the hotel housekeeping didn't come to my unit. Yes I did not make a request for them to come but you still think that they would have came by to grab towels and trash when bringing down towels to the front desk. The front desk lady told me where to put them in The employees only room in a bin. Rather than taking care of it herself same thing when I needed to barrow a plunger. Also, the gym equipment does not work. When addressing it with the checkout staff he was not very friendly about it either. The guy at check-in was very friendly. And the room was nice and clean.

  The “plus” in best western plus is actually just the price tag, not the quality of the rooms. We got there at 1:30am and the “discounted” rate was $236.

  Very expensive for very little benefits, we arrived there and service was very ehhh, the rooms where nice and the beds where comfy, but as a person that travels a lot and stays at many hotels something i look for is for my rooms to come with the breakfast included; the breakfast time is from 7am-9am and i went down around 7:31am and there was not a lot of options available at that, so i asked the staff if they could make more and they had replied to me saying “we are limited to how much food we make to one bag per day of the sausage and one batch per day of eggs. i was shocked and disappointed at Best Western Plus for them to charge me a high Price close to around $200 per night and for them to have some ridiculous policy about one per day. i recently stayed at a Best western and it beat my Expectations and when i come to the so called “Plus Version” i get hit with hotel policy’s
