Even though I have to provide the information for reservation, the receptionist slowly typed it all in all over again and did not allow skipping email or cell phone # to move the line along. 1 person at the desk moving slow as a slug leading to 30 + minute standing at checkin - Nothing special here, just another overpriced stay

They were not helpful at all and for $400.00, it's just bad business. They say it happens all the time, perhaps they need to change something in their check in process.
