  Customer service is horrible. Accidentally booked under previous married name, and even so having confirmation email on the phone, they did not allow us to check in. They were not helpful at all and for $400.00, it's just bad business. They say it happens all the time, perhaps they need to change something in their check in process.

  It's a 3 star hotel that offers a complementary breakfast. Just a few things, the shower hot water temperature is set for bathing toddlers and infants, no cups in the bathroom for oral hygiene. The free Wi-Fi is not suitable for much more than checking email and light web surfing. Many of the food items on the breakfast buffet were still cold. While the room was clean, just some attention to details could easily improve the experience. We only stayed a night as we were traveling through and satisfied with the stay, but glad it was only 1 night.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We stayed three nights during a very busy weekend, and despite the hotel being packed, everything was handled extremely well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire property was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. They offered fresh frittatas, egg casserole, biscuits and gravy, and perfectly crispy bacon—not the typical basic hotel breakfast. The bean-to-cup coffee was also excellent and a pleasant surprise. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the breakfast attendant. She was an incredibly kind older woman who greeted every guest with a smile, helped people with the doors, moved tables when needed, and even offered to clear plates. Her genuine friendliness and attention to everyone made breakfast feel welcoming every morning. Employees like her are hard to find and deserve recognition. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, and despite the large crowds, everything ran smoothly. It’s clear this hotel takes pride in providing a great guest experience. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Cooperstown. Highly recommended!

  We were very impressed with this place. It is close to Dreams Park. The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the entire staff was friendly and courteous.

  Our stay at the Best Western Cooperstown was great! Such a clean room, nice comfortable beds and wonderful shower. Breakfast was superb and menu alternated days. Highly recommend! Our grandson played at Cooperstown so we stayed for 4 days.
