If I could give 10 Stars to the staff of this Cicero New York Holiday inn Express I would! I've stayed at many a hotel over the past 30 years and these by far go above and beyond. They're friendly, they are troubleshooters and they get things done. Shout outs to Evelyn, Robert, Dominique, Valerie, Ariana, and Brittany. Evelyn helped us with extending our stay from 3 days to 5 at the last minute, Robert helped get a new reservation for our friends that were coming in from Minnesota at the last minute, Dominique and Valerie were exemplary in their help with housekeeping, supplying us with additional towels and washcloths immediately when we asked and remembered what we needed, and Ariana and Brittany were also very attentive front desk associates. The reasons I could not give a full five star completely are because the shower was only lukewarm the whole week that we were there. And at some point it was cold. Because we were leaving before daybreak each day for fishing trips & tired when we came back in I was not able to mention it until we actually were checking out. And I do believe they immediately sent maintenance there to rectify the situation. And then finally evidently New York doesn't like single use coffee cups so there were no coffee makers in the rooms and when you're getting up at 3:30 a.m. to go fishing it would have been nice to have coffee in the room instead of having to go downstairs to get it then having to go back upstairs to get ready. But overall I highly recommend this hotel and their staff, the rooms were neat and clean and beds were very comfortable.

I could not speak highly enough about the service we received. All the staff were excellent and the Airport shuttle service was above and beyond. Incredibly well organized, clear and timely communication and made getting to and from the airport worry free! We left our vehicle parked in the lot for 16 days, and we're 💯 confident in it's safety. If you need a park and fly solution and are flying out of Syracuse, I highly recommend using this property! BTW, the breakfast was spot on as well. If I could provide a 6 star rating, I would!

Stayed here for one Sunday night so we could enjoy our day at the State Fair and not have a long drive home. Receptionist was a sweetheart, even at 9pm checking in wish I caught their name. Hotel was super clean, bedroom was super clean, genuinely no complaints. We have a little one and had no concerns about staying here, and would return! The beds were a nice firm form, not hard but not pillow soft where it feels like it’s been laid on 100x, woke up refreshed. Shower was CLEAN, dove soaps are provided and smell great. The style/design of the room wasn’t super modern but it was super clean so it didn’t matter. Normally I wake up with congestion from hotel rooms, but didn’t experience that here. The breakfast was great, they even had warmed cinnamon rolls available, I’ve never seen before at a hotel. Overall I’m very pleased with our stay, no complaints or issues, great price (especially compared to the hotels that were within 10minutes of the fair, this was just about 20minutes). Would definitely return next year if we go back to the fair!

All was well here, was told this is a service animal only hotel and then a front desk worker allowed a cat in. When I told her that what I was told she was bitchy as hell and told me all IHG Hotels are pet friendly. I don’t like being lied to, and I don’t like having my throat close up because some people choose to force their pets on others. Will be talking to an attorney.
