  All was well here, was told this is a service animal only hotel and then a front desk worker allowed a cat in. When I told her that what I was told she was bitchy as hell and told me all IHG Hotels are pet friendly. I don’t like being lied to, and I don’t like having my throat close up because some people choose to force their pets on others. Will be talking to an attorney.

  As an IHG member I wanted to review this on the APP/Website but their system actively sent me to blank pages instead of letting me complete the review process. Spent 2 weeks here, I reported that personal items were going missing from my room and no one responded to this report. I reported that $5 worth of quarters that I had exchanged at the beginning of my stay for laundry services went missing from my room, it doesnt matter if its $5, $1 or $100 - the money went missing and I never received a response from management. Left my room # and phone number. Rooms were decent, first day I arrived i received a letter stating they had to shut off the water for a period of time, there was a leak under the bathroom sink, the thermostat worked intermittently and would read 67 degrees despite the room being hot and humid. Since this was a 2 week stay I had to buy groceries - walmart is just a short trip away which is nice but the mini fridge in my room stopped working and spoiled the items I had in there in the span of 1 hot day, I reported this too and they said the day manager - Robert/Roger or something would reach out; I would know their name if they actually reached out - still waiting on that communication. Would i stay again? Probably not rooms are decent just pray you get a good one, you are also outside the delivery range for many of the good restaurants on DoorDash, you're better off trying the same exact hotel in Dewitt.

  I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly, and I really enjoyed my time there. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future. Thank you for the great service!
