- RRrustlecomptonAug 28, 20261.0When we arrived there was no attendant for 15 minutes My room stank of cigarette smoke (rm 137), had the wallpaper pelting of the walls, this tiles in my shower were crumbling apart with major hole developing and the previous guest soaps and wet face cloth were still in the shower. My colleague was so grossed out by his room that he refused to shower Both of us had diarrhea from the worst breakfast we have ever seen from a BW
- SMSam MorAug 8, 20263.0Jackie at the front desk was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very old and the hotel rates in this area are high for some reason. I just traveled from Toledo and stayed at a new well equipped suite for less than what Cheektowaga is charging. The room and bedding all seemed to be clean. Not a great value but the process are what they are so thankful for Jackie for the added discounts.

It looked like I stepped back into the 70's, the carpets throughout the hotel were filthy, the bed was sagging, the couch was drooping and the carpet next to the bed was wet. The bathroom was dated, I would not even take a shower. This hotel needs a major upgrade, very dissapointing.

The front desk staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, rushing us through check-in and giving us attitude whenever we asked simple questions. It felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. I would never recommend this place to anyone—save your money and stay elsewhere.
