  Terrible room absolutely disgusting smelled terrible hairs and stains all over the bedding. The heater made a grinding noise and sounded like it was gonna explode. The Mail receptionist guy behind the counter was talking nasty to my wife after I left outside absolutely terrible experience. I was gonna stay multiple nights, but after the first night, we ran for the hills to stay in another hotel. Absolutely advise against this place may be better than sleeping in a tent, but not much.

  My stay started off on a very positive note—the staff was kind, professional, and accommodating, which I genuinely appreciated during the first few days of my 5-night stay. However, on the third day, an unsettling situation occurred in the parking lot involving individuals who appeared to be loitering and dumping trash from a cart. It created a noticeable safety concern, which I reported to management. While I understand not everything is within their control, it did impact my overall sense of comfort. On my final day, there was also an issue with breakfast service. It is typically available at 6:00 AM, but on this occasion it was delayed until around 7:00 AM. As someone working overnight shifts (7 PM–6 AM), timing is important, but I chose to be understanding and did not make an issue out of it. Given those circumstances, I respectfully requested a modest late checkout extension to 1:30 PM to allow for proper rest. Unfortunately, that request was denied, and I was instead given only a brief window to prepare and leave. That response felt inconsistent with the level of hospitality shown earlier in my stay. It’s disappointing, as I had been seriously considering returning for an extended stay over the next year due to work commitments—approximately $33,580 in potential business. Flexibility and consideration in moments like these go a long way in building long-term customer relationships. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the foundation for a great experience is clearly there. I make over $200,000 a year annually. This really disappointed me.

  Tried this hotel for the first time and its been good so far. Its just across the Peace Bridge from Canada, very convenient location if visiting anywhere in its vicinity, or the Walden Galleria area (its 15 minutes from Galleria Mall). The King room is spacious and well appointed, with fridge and microwave. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff were quite nice and very accommodating. I've yet to try the breakfast and will update afterwards. Lots of free parking is available as well. Comparing with other hotels in the area I'd definitely stay here again. Returning to update this with my thoughts on the Breakfast. It was a cut above the standard fare many other establishments offer. While its not the best I've ever had, for the price of rooms etc. this was a very decent meal. Eggs, toast, pancakes, yogurt, coffee machine, fruit to name a sample of the choices. I was more than satisfied with what was on offer and had a good meal to start the day, and observed other guests enjoying theirs as well. I've stayed at other hotels in Buffalo, especially ones in Cheektowaga that were more convenient for my activities in that area, but this is such a short distance away that it didn't make a difference and I enjoyed my stay here and especially want to call out the staff again for friendliness and efficiency (including the Front Desk, Housekeeping and Breakfast Attendant we encountered). My stay was brief but comfortable. There's an outdoor pool (it was seasonally closed during my stay) and I look forward to enjoying that during the summer, when I plan to return. I just realized i didn't even mention the gym! There's nothing negative in this review because I didn't observe nor experience anything that was, and I honestly felt that for the price, this hotel is excellent on many levels. Thanks for a great stay, management and staff.

  It's a nice place to stay that is close to the city but not to pricey. It's a little dated but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and hot.

  Bed was stiff, pillows thin. Room was overall clean. Water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. Staff was very accommodating. Good cheap stay and not too far from Buffalo. Room was cold at first, but heated up over our stay. This was perfect for us, since we tend to get hot easily.
