  The location is great. The room was ok, but the beds were the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, In my life. It felt like springs were coming through the mattress, even though I'm pretty sure they didn't have Springs in them. They were so uncomfortable we had such a hard time walking after sleeping in those beds, my hips hurt, my back hurts, my legs hurt, it was just terrible. There was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door. The staff was so unfriendly there was a girl with like purplish hair at the desk she never smiled the only one that was very jolly and happy was a gentleman that worked the front desk the night we got there he worked the night shift which was Saturday October 5th. He was so nice, smiled, ask us if we needed anything, just the way a staff should act. Now I'm not saying you have to be catered to, but there's no reason not to be nice, and there's no reason that you can't smile once in a while the lady who did the breakfast she just gave us dirty looks it was just horrible. The pool is literally falling apart, I put a video up you can see where there's cracks in the pool on the bottom I stubbed my toe in the crack as I was walking around the pool we was pulling pieces of the pool off of the bottom that we were stepping on and put them on the side of the pool which we went swimming twice the day after we got there and then we skipped the next day then we went swimming again on Tuesday the pieces we picked up off the bottom of the pool was still on the side of the pool where we put them on Sunday which means they didn't clean in there. Also when we went swimming on Tuesday there was hair all over the bottom of the pool clumps over clumps over clumps of black hair it was disgusting we didn't even stay in the pool. They need to upgrade the pool and do better with the cleaning. They have a koi fish pond outside in the front that I have to say is absolutely beautiful with the little waterfall attached to it, there's two horses it looks like a mama a Colt that's absolutely beautiful there's lots of seating around the place outside that's very pretty I am a very open person I say exactly what I see I will say what's wrong and I will say what's right there are quite a few areas where they need to be fixed.

  Had to check out early . General manager Denean lane was unhelpful , uncaring and dismissive . A terrible experience .

  Stayed overnight while I had some construction going on at my house since I’m local and only live about 5 minutes away. From the start, Alexis at the front desk was incredibly helpful and so kind. She provided great customer service and is definitely an asset to the hotel. Ryan from the morning crew was also great and very helpful. The breakfast made the stay even better. There were tons of choices, including eggs, waffles, fresh pancakes, yogurts, cereals, and plenty more. The coffee was great too! The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again in the future if I ever needed to.

  This is a clean Hotel, good for business travel or whatever. Its lacking a restaurant but it makes up for that with the clean rooms. I've stayed here several times when on business travel, never ever had any problems. Plenty of parking , and driving distance to local businesses is what is a major plus factor
