- SSSJul 12, 20265.0I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. This hotel is clean, nicely decorated for the holiday, and a perfect location close to everything. Breakfast was great and the available coffee all day long is a nice bonus. However, I was particularly impressed with the service of the staff. Even on a super busy sports weekend, they gave us an early check in, late checkout, and were completely gracious when I let them know I accidentally damaged something in the room. The stay was overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommend this property.

We reserved a room block for our guests, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to Mary Ann in Sales, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond from the very beginning, answering every question, accommodating our requests, and making sure everything went smoothly. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, and so many of our guests commented on how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained it was. We received nothing but compliments about their stay. Thank you for taking such great care of our family and friends. Your exceptional service truly helped make our wedding weekend perfect, and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook to anyone looking for outstanding accommodations and genuinely caring staff!
