Thank you for saving us! We came in from FL to a wedding in Westbury and you got us into a nice clean modern room immediately! Joe spun the wheel and got a free beverage from the market and we had a complimentary breakfast at the cafe the next morning as well. The food was fresh and the coffee really hit the spot! Excellent service and super clean and modern facility. Thanks again for making us feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn and really enjoyed our time there as a family. We arrived early, and the staff kindly let us into our room before the regular check-in time, which was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had hardwood flooring. The hallway carpet was also clean. We had an iron and hair dryer in the room, and the bathroom was stocked with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, and hand wash. The towels were average quality, but clean and perfectly fine for our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dylan was especially helpful and always answered our questions with a smile. One thing we really appreciated was how the hotel helped our daughter with her online class. Her class was scheduled after our checkout time, and the staff allowed her to use the meeting room so she could attend. This made things much easier for our family and was a very thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was good and had plenty of choices, including oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, croissants, scones, and fresh orange and apple juice. Coffee, tea, and water were also available throughout the day. The hotel was quiet and had the basic amenities we needed, including games to borrow, a meeting room, an iron, and a hair dryer. The elevator worked well. We didn’t use the gym, and the pool was closed during our stay. The location was very convenient for our family. The Long Island Rail Road is only about a two-minute drive away, and Costco is right across the street. Walmart, Marshalls, DSW, Staples, and an ATM are also nearby, so it was easy to pick up anything we needed. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The clean room, good breakfast, convenient location, and friendly staff made it a great choice for our family. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families.

22 to 27 m no toll drive from and to Kings point (USMMA). Within the hotel vicinity, I see Walmart, Wendy's, trader Joe's and lots of choices convenient grocery and restaurants. The People that checks us in is 10star if it exists. We checked in 9/11 , 1ish pm , tall guy. Excellent CS. Good free parking space I know , I'm booking again on my next College Visits.

This place was amazing! The front desk Nailah was very professional and made my family feel welcome. The rooms are updated and clean. Breakfast had some great selection but good enough to start your day. Once again the hotel is nice and clean. Plenty of parking space.

For a Holiday Inn, in Westbury, my experience was very good. Room was clean and large, bed was very comfortable. Restaurant service with hot unprocessed breakfast. Cage free eggs, Greek Yogurts, Coffee was good, variety of teas. They also have hot oatmeal, cold cereal choices, and fresh pastries, variety of juices. Booths set up restaurant style. Very relaxing ambiance, soft mellow music. The employee were all very professional.
