  Everything is fine but the front desk guy is always hiding in the back. Got to yell for him to appear. Then you tell him there is an issue ie public bathroom isn’t it paper towels, the sink is clogged, you just says “ok” and goes back behind the desk to play on his phone. Oh and the pool is almost always close for issues. The kitchen lady was very nice and tried. The housekeeping likewise every weak. Had one towel in room for a party of 4. Have a coffee machine but no cups were provided. They have no real competition and so didn’t really car.

  My husband and I (and ours kids) have stayed here at this location multiple times. This time today (July 4th, 2026), we waited over 20 mins for someone to come to the front desk to check us in, and then later on I waited around the same amount time at the desk to ask for a crib (ended up calling guest services on my room phone, funny they answered on the first ring.) & to top it off this is now maybe the 3rd time we’ve traveled here and the pool is closed (no warning or anything on the booking app + the whole reason we come up here is for my daughter to swim!!!!) ughhhh!!!!!

  No complaints. We were here for a night to see a show at CMAC and wanted a hotel within walking distance. It was just a little over a mile, but a nice night to do it. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We had a decent complimentary breakfast and the staff were welcoming and kind. The price was ridiculously high for a Holiday Inn Express. For that price I'd expect luxury.

  Clean, quiet rooms. Comfortable beds, indoor pool, solid wi-fi, very good breakfast has different hot selections daily. Very good 24 hour coffee available in dinning area. Friendly staff.

  I travel for work and stay at holiday inns all over the country. This one is by far the worst. I found bugs in my room and requested a refund. Managements response was that bugs come from the nearby bog so that it’s to be expected. I was unaware that holiday inn is okay with bugs in rooms. After 6 phone calls I finally received my refund. Please do not stay at this hotel, even without the bugs it is dirty and outdated. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
