Had a wonderful experience! I’m all about details and cleanliness, and it was quiet and beautiful! I enjoyed my room and loved all the little things. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was personalized!
The house was lovely, with a warm and inviting living area and well-appointed dining room. Our suite was perfect, right on the first floor as you entered. We enjoyed a semi-private patio outside the sliding glass doors to our bedroom. The Japanese Maple hovering over the patio and filling our view was still a brilliant scarlet. Sheryl is a very warm and knowledgeable host, and a great cook. The breakfasts were all delicious and served punctually at 9 a.m. each morning. The only slight criticism was that the mattress was very soft, too soft for our liking, and the bed was very tall, making getting in and out of bed a bit more of a jump than an easy slide as we are not tall. We got used to it and slept fine, though.

Just a little difficult seeing when we pulled out of the driveway because of the curve of the road; my only issue. Everything else was great; room, staff, food, location, etc. We had a very nice time.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, warm, and inviting Bed & Breakfast. Sheryl, the Innkeeper, was delightful and very interesting to talk with, as were the other guests. The Inn itself was nicely decorated and appointed. Sheryl's Mother, an artist, displays her wonderful art nicely through out the Inn. This would be a definite return place for us when the opportunity presents itself it the future. Perfect place to use as a base for visiting the many attractions in the Finger Lakes area. Sheryl was very much "on top" of the needed safety for the Covid situation giving us confidence in staying at the Acorn Inn.

We loved our stay at the Inn. As my mom would say Sheryl and her mom Margot are “Our kind of people”.
The breakfasts were wonderful. Especially the Creme Brûlée French Toast!
Our room was comfortable and cozy.
Sheryl was so helpful with suggestions on local activities.
This would be the perfect place for a winter getaway.
