- SWShannon WagnerAug 16, 20221.0Horrible - the room had urine in the toilet and around the base of the toilet upon entering our room. The carpet was so nasty we kept our shoes on because of the time of year, no one had socks, otherwise, we would have kept those on.
- SMSabrina MaulucciApr 25, 20221.0If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would! We booked this hotel stay only because the pool looked great from the photos. When we arrived with our 3 excited kids, they told us the pool has been closed for 2 years with no plans to reopen anytime soon. We booked through Expedia and there was NO information about the pool being closed -- we double checked! After that disappointed, there were many more to follow. We passed by a cleaner in the hallway that was "vacuuming" the floor with a LINT ROLLER.... which only made sense after we arrived in our room and saw how unclean everything was. The bathroom was falling apart, so much dust had been collecting on the vanity light fixture, the carpet hasn't been updated for 30+ years and it smelled like smoke! When we tried to tell the staff we would rather book at another hotel they wouldn't offer us any kind of refund (we had to check in prior to arriving and put a credit card down at that time as well... now we understand why) We called Expedia who we had booked through and they needed to get approval from the hotel before cancelling our reservation and every time Expedia tried to reach the hotel the staff would hang up!! We spent more than 1hr on the phone with Expedia trying to get through. The staff were ignorant, rude, defensive and had no sense of customer service. I would never in a million years recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favour and book ANYWHERE else!!!!
