  Отель, конечно, вызывает недоумение. Старые номера с ужасной вонью от старого и грязного ковролина. Окна грязные, плотно закрыты и не открываются. Проветрить невозможно, в результате в номере стоит тяжёлый спертый воздух, который не выветривается кондиционером. Вентиляцию в номерах кажется чистят раз в столетие - оттуда свисают клочья пыли и грязи. Уборка очень поверхностная - много пыли и грязи в труднодоступных местах. Шумоизоляция плохая - отлично слышно улицу. Кондиционер громыхает как майские грозы, и даже если его выключить - работает вентиляция так что кажется будто летишь всю ночь в самолёте. Её выключить невозможно. Единственное, что могу похвалить, это завтрак. Есть омлет, сосиски, чай, кофе, сладости и йогурты. В целом однако я бы посоветовал избегать этого отеля. Лучше остановиться где-то без завтрака но выспаться.

  This is a terrible hotel and definitely not worth the money. The room smells damp and moldy, the windows don’t open so it’s impossible to air it out, and the ventilation system makes noise all night and can’t be turned off. We will never stay here again.

  DIRTY ROOMS AND INSECT (CENTIPEDE) FOUND I discovered a large insect, a centipede upon check in. The overall condition of the room was dirty. I brought this to the attention of the hotel worker, Leslie, working Saturday at midnight on 4/25. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She automatically denied me a new room claiming the hotel was fully booked. I called my company which prompted her to discover a new room was available for me. Instead of being professional and admitting the hotel had an insect control issue, she then rationalized and justified the insect for being there. Leslie went on to tell me how it’s “not our fault” and “she can’t control what goes in and out of the hotel” while also saying “the property is near water and this is normal.” Keep in mind the nearest body of water is over two miles away. There was no remediation except an “I’m sorry” from the manager.

  Hotel in posizione strategica: lo consiglio perché molto vicino ai mezzi di trasporto e puoi arrivare al centro di Buffalo anche a piedi. Camere molto spaziose e lo consiglio anche perché presente una zona con microonde e macchina per farsi tè e caffè

  We were pleasantly surprised with our room. A suite with doors that separated the bedroom from the sitting room area. Both rooms had large screen rv's Staff that checked us on was pleasant and accommodating Unfortunately it was A busy weekend with several events in the Buffalo area and only one person checking in guests. We waited well over 10 mins to check in. There are only a few parking spaces located my the hotel. Leaving you to try a find street parking or park in the parking garage and walk back and forth the 2 blocks. I did only give 3 stars for the room because the toilet seat moved Everytime you sat down,the sink had a leak and there was peeling paint in the bathroom The free breakfast was okay. Make your own waffles,cereal ,bagels,eggs and sausage were also available Overall great location very convenient,rooms need a bit of attention but comfortable accommodations in a safe comvient location.
