  Room is stunning. Everything’s brand new smells good great breakfast. Staff is friendly except to call the front desk every time it’s so difficult to get in touch with somebody at the front desk because I left something in my bedroom and every time I keep calling I don’t know if it’s a service or also there’s some employee who’s not answering my phone cause I’m trying to leave my name and phone number, but she keeps picking my last name and I have the longest last name ever so I just need my charger so I don’t know if somebody stole it in my room that would not be nice

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was my first and last stay at Holiday Inn. When we returned to our room late at night, we discovered that several of our belongings had been stolen from inside the room: Victoria’s Secret bras, underwear, and a shopping bag that had been left next to the microwave during our entire stay. The value was around €100. We immediately reported it to the night receptionist, who told us to come back in the morning. When we spoke to the manager, she showed absolutely no interest. She didn’t ask what was missing, didn’t apologize, didn’t write anything down, and made no effort to help. We were simply told to wait for the head housekeeper. It’s not the €100 that hurts the most. It’s the complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer care after reporting a theft from our room. I cannot recommend this hotel and I will be sharing this experience wherever I leave honest reviews. Guests deserve to feel safe, and when something goes wrong, they deserve to be treated with respect. I don’t need your automated apology right now — you can keep it. It’s easy to look good on the internet when you’re not actually doing anything about the situation. What I would appreciate is for this matter to actually be taken seriously, investigated, and resolved.

  Clean room, friendly service, convenient location. We were right around the corner from the main subway line that took us right into all our favorite spots in Manhatten. The cemetery and parks immediately surrounding the hotel were a nice perk. The free breakfast was more than I expected and was a great way to start each morning. Best part was the price was a fraction of what it cost to book the same nights in Manhatten.
