    We had a really positive experience at the Holiday Inn Express Brooklyn Sunset Park, especially thanks to Linda at the front desk. We ran into a few complications during check-in, and she was patient, helpful, and made the whole process much easier. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything got sorted out. We really appreciated her help after a stressful start to the day. Thank you, Linda, for the great service!

    We’ve stayed here twice now. Would come back for a third time. Wish they had coffee in the room, but at least you can get it anytime you want from the lobby.

    We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast may not be great but was good enough. The only 2 issues is there is no place to park in front to check in and unload the car, and there was no communication from the hotel ahead of time letting us know where to park. Also, it is just around the corner from the subway which is a straight shot into Manhattan and that, with the price, is the main reason we stayed here. The neighborhood has nothing though. The closest restaurant is blocks away, and an uphill walk to get back to the hotel. Not a particularly nice area. But, forgivable if we were only there for a breakfast then into the city for the day

    Great deal, clean room, got the job done for sure. Location was unique with easy access to highway and near to park slope while still getting to experience a more preserved authentic vibe that seems to be fading away in the city. Would stay here again. Almost forgot to mention the free breakfast!

    Decent hotel with all the amenities needed for a short stay in Brooklyn. Great location near the D train which is close to Atlantic Terminal for connections and not too far from the city. Nothing much happening on the street, but walking distance to Chinatown and cafes etc. Room was small, but had good amenities and nice strong shower. Could put bottled water in the rooms as a welcoming touch, I got in late and thirsty and had to go back to the lobby to buy.
