  I'm leaving 5 stars for a couple of reasons. First: I believe Bryan (don't quote me on his name) helped my family and I with our reservation at the perfect time even calling me back at around 11pm to help. Second: the staff is ALL very very friendly! Third: YAN is an amazing person at reception! She takes the time to chat with my family and myself, give us tips and tricks when approaching the city, and has a GREAT sense of humor! Very personable. It would be nice if Ft. Hamilton actually stayed in better communication with the hotel e.g. power outage won't last as long as planned, etc. But overall, we love it here, and should we return to NYC, we'd definitely stay here again. Look forward to continuing our stay! I highly recommend considering staying here.

  "My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Building 107 was truly remarkable. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their professional and warm hospitality. The room was impressively spacious, modern, and kept in pristine condition. I especially loved the quality of the bedding; the mattress and pillows provided a great night's sleep after a long day. One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary breakfast. There was a fantastic variety of fresh options that catered to everyone’s taste. It was the perfect way to start the morning. Alhamdulillah, every facility, including the high-speed internet and the fitness center, worked flawlessly. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and well-maintained, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. The location is very convenient with easy access and ample parking space. In Sha Allah, I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to the area. I highly recommend Building 107 to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service. A solid 5-star experience!"

  My family and I stayed here April 2 til April 6 and the stay was great. I want to mention the staff Eureka Lewis, Tracy Hoesay, Jada Lewis, Elaine (breakfast crew), and Lloyd Mart. These employees were exceptional. I can’t begin to express their willingness to go over and above to make our stay unforgettable. Please let them know we are so appreciative of their kindness, professionalism, attentive, courteous, efficiency, friendliness and knowledge.   Staff is excellent Eureka, melony, Billy are the best. They make me feel at home when I arrive. They are very friendly and professional. Excellent customer service. Wish I could give them 6 stars

  Location is great—on Fort Hamilton base (107 Schum Ave), right at the Verrazano Bridge foot, easy on/off highways, secure parking, close to Bay Ridge eats and ~10-15 min walk to subway (R train to Manhattan). Perfect for military, families, or driving in/out of NYC—quiet/safe base vibe. Rooms were clean and comfy with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave—handy for snacks), good beds, and modern feel after remodel. Basic but functional, quiet. Service was decent—friendly staff, quick check-in, helpful with base info, free breakfast solid (hot items, variety). Great value on-base option with free breakfast/parking—ideal for NYC trips on a budget or military-related. Would stay again! 4 stars.
