  The bed was absolutely horrible,,bathroom door are not closing good, bathroom fixture are broken, lounges are not accommodating, they packed all their stuff away, no water available for the guest to drink, no area to sit at all and to relax, they block the chairs for guest, only 4 chairs available to sit, it's the worst hotel we've been too, for the price,,and hopefully they will make some changes,,,

  9 blocks from family so worked out great room has been awesome and service has been great stayed for 5 days and have had nothing but a positive experience l.

  Avoid this hotel - zero accountability from management. We booked a reservation for three nights, but the reservation was clearly mishandled from the start - there was no credit card on file when we checked in, which is unheard of. As a result, our reservation was mistakenly cut short to one night, and hotel staff packed up our room without properly notifying us - they made just one attempt to reach us before doing so. Mistakes happen, but what's unacceptable is what came after: I requested a callback from the general manager, Rameez, on multiple occasions over more than three weeks - in person, by phone, by email, and through staff - and never once received a response. Poor communication is one thing; refusing to address it when given every opportunity is another. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but travelers deserve to know they won't hear from management if something goes wrong here.

  My first room smelled of smoke, had hair in the bed and bathroom, and the floor was very dirty. When I asked to change rooms, I was told the hotel was sold out, so I requested cleaning. It wasn’t done until 9 p.m., and the floor was never vacuumed. I had to do it myself after borrowing a vacuum at 11 p.m. The next day, they suddenly had another room available. On my last day, I found a bed bug and reported it discreetly, but staff dismissed my concern and made me feel like I was lying instead of addressing the issue responsibly. Overall, poor cleanliness and lack of accountability made for a disappointing stay.
