  I came here on vacation to Brooklyn with family and the the service there was ok but the rooms and location aren't good. To start off the room we had was dirty it wasn't that dirty but there was stains and dirt but I've seen worse also the view out the window was terrible it was a dump the worst part of the experience from the hotel. Overall I would not recommend this hotel there are better hotels if your looking to have a hotel in New york

  Less than a mile from Coney Island boardwalk close to public transit and free parking and breakfast but area very nondescript

  L’hôtel en lui même est convenable. La literie est bonne et les femmes de ménage font un travail remarquable. Les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours ( nous sommes restés 8 nuits). Par contre l’insonorisation est à revoir. Nous étions réveillés chaque matin à 4h par les grues du garage en face qui ne cessé de faire de long « Biiiip Biiip ». Les petits déjeuners est correct mais la salle de petit déjeuner est très très petite… pas assez de tables/chaises pour tout le monde. L’hôtel est à 7 min du métro, c’était un point positif pour nous. À savoir que l’hôtel se trouve à côté d’une décharge, d’une station de bus scolaire, d’un garage et d’un station d’ambulance 🫣mais globalement pour le prix nous ne regrettons pas…

  Excellent service at the hotel, they cant do enough for you. The room i had was very clean and the air conditioner kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. The room was serviced every couple of days with fresh bedding, towels and cleaned and vacuumed to a good standard and had no issues whatsoever with any bugs or mosquitos. The only let down for this hotel is its location as you are situated in quite an industrial area and it can be quite busy in the day and similarly at night you probably dont want to go out alone unless you drive. No issues with noise though, I slept very well. The occasional siren in the background but thats just because its a built up area but I found that cosy in a way. Breakfast is your standard buffet but its enough to start you off for the day and can't complain at all about that. Good selection of fruit and cereals as well as bagels and pastries if you want them, omelette, sausage patties and hot waffles are also on the menu. Had a good time!

  I’m walking in with my emotional dog. I’m having a situation that I don’t have all the papers and do not allow me to get in with the papers for the dog, which is disgusting. Absolutely rude also asking for the room $240. This is bullshit.
