- SBSarina Bucks5 days ago5.0I can't begin to say how positive our experience was. Mark at the front desk is spectacular and Jesus who took care of things takes so much pride in what he does. Hotel is so clean and room was great. Stayed for over a week and this will be the only place we will stay at from now on.

We relocated to CNY four years ago and of course need to return every so often. This was our first stay with Avid and what a wonderful addition to the area. Up until now the accommodations in the area were beyond limited to nonexistent. The staff beyond friendly and helpful, rooms immaculate and we were able to get a parking spot in their garage which let us breathe a sigh of relief. We will stay here whenever we return. Really, cannot recommend enough! This will be our new Brooklyn home away from home!
