  The hotel was lovely But pick the lower 1st underground floor as there is better sound isolation as the upper rooms were soo noisy Stayed for 10 days breakfast is good but repetitive would have been nice to change things more often The neighbourhood isnt very safee but you dont have to be there for a long time as there is a bus stop nearbyy Overall the stay was okayy wont go there again as it is far from everything like 1 h and 30 mins away from all attractions

  Carpet in UUC floor needs attending. It doesn't look like it has been vacuumed. Tissue container needs to be whipped down. Hair of another ethnicity was on the bathroom floor. Parking is a challenge Woke up to smell of weed, followed by cigarettes. Reported it to the front desk.

  If you’re afraid of walking past elderly disabled people then don’t come here. Whoever wrote that review before me clearly has never been to New York because what they explained they saw is everywhere. You have to have some respect for yourself and guts to walk around here if you don’t have that stay home where you’re comfortable lol. Otherwise hotel is very clean and the room was spectacular with a good amount of tv channels and other options such as Netflix

  I'm not big on leaving bad reviews but this is not a safe neighborhood and people need to know that before they book. Zero walkability. There is a hospital across the street and the homeless and mentally ill are outside in wheelchairs because they are stable enough to leave the hospital but have no where to go so they just sit outside on the street. The ER is very busy and you will hear the ambulances coming every hour if you are up front. The room is a tiny box like everyone else has said but it was clean and the positives are the staff was very accommodating moving us to the back of the property after the first night and the breakfast was good. Staff can't fix the location so nothing on them. If you have a vehicle and don't need to walk to public transportation, you can take advantage of the price but just know, you should not be walking at night at all!
