  This place is great and located in an unlikely spot in the Bronx! Nice amenities and very clean. The price was right for a short stay in the area.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Service from Eissa! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service we received from Eissa at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Eissa was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. He always greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my entire stay. No matter the time or the question, he was always patient, friendly, and willing to help. It is rare to meet someone who provides such genuine hospitality. Eissa’s positive attitude and kindness made a real difference in my experience and left me with a wonderful impression of the hotel. The hotel itself was comfortable and enjoyable, but Eissa’s outstanding customer service is definitely one of the main reasons I would happily stay here again. He is truly an asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for the excellent way he treats guests. Thank you, Eissa, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  My Son & I Had An Awesome Stay At This Location! Our Room As Well As The Entire Hotel ,Was Spotless. We Encountered A Staff Member By The Name Of Naomi ,Who Provided Excellent Customer Service. She Was Very Attentive and Kept Constantly Offering Assistance! She Was An Absolute Sweetheart. Management Was Professional, Explanatory & Accommodating. We Will Be Back For Another Stay Very Soon !

  Recently stayed here and the stay was decent. The ac was out in my original room but they did make accommodations to change us to another room. The shower wall was not the best looking as it looked like it had spots of mold. The first night we didn't have any room service but thankfully the 2nd night they came and cleaned. The continental breakfast was nice and I loved that we were close to the train station.

  The staff are really so nice and accommodating. My family recently experienced a fire and were placed here temporarily, and during my stay, they were nothing but nice and cordial. The staff were so generous and friendly it almost brought me to tears. The housekeeping is every other day, and it always looks and smells wonderful after they clean. They are also incredibly polite.The hotel also offers mataience and printer services if you need it. The breakfast is always clean and well made. And on a certain day, have vegetarian options. The breakfast staff are so nice. They encourage you to take as much food as you want and are very polite. The dining hall lady is genuinely soooo nice I can not express this enough. The whole hotel is upkept very well and clean. They also offer microwave and gym services. The rooms are nice and the water pressure in the shower is good as well. The hotel is a very convenient spot and has a deli right next to it if you need it.
