We arrived on a Thursday with two nights reserved and were assigned to a room on the second floor. Nobody warned us that, aside from our room, that entire floor was booked by a sorority and fraternity who would be having some kind of wild party Friday night. These people were shouting and screaming, running from room to room, and slamming doors all Friday night and until 5am Saturday morning. At a quarter past two Saturday morning I called the front desk and they said, “oh, unfortunately that floor is booked by a sorority, but we will take care of the noise.” An hour later nothing had changed. In fact the noise was worse, so I called again and once again I was assured they would take care of it. Another hour passed. They didn’t stop raging until 5am, at which point I was finally able to sleep. This was the worse night I’ve ever spent at a hotel anywhere. However, the staff was kind and had the integrity to make it right by offering us a free stay in the future, which we greatly appreciated.

I always love to stay here! With the pool amenitie, breakfast on location and the staff is always kind, pleasant and will go over and beyond to ensure a comfort stay and visit. Kyneshia was very welcoming, had very great energy and did a great job checking me in smoothly. Had interactions with other staff there and they was definitely helpful and patient with me having to get new keys do to sensitivity to phone touching but all was smooth

Recent visit for business, and I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Krista Werner went above and beyond helping us and guiding us to places to visit while we were in town. Her customer service was top-notch, and her friendliness and professionalism made a real difference. She is a wonderful representative of the hotel
