Absolutely wonderful stay!
After a long road trip and a disappointing experience at another hotel, arriving at the Holiday Inn Downtown Binghamton was such a relief. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing — exactly what a vacation should feel like!
A special shoutout to Andy, who checked us in and was absolutely AMAZING. He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel taken care of right away. After a long day on the road, that kind of hospitality truly makes a difference.
And Bonnie, his coworker at the front desk, was such a warm and welcoming smile! She added to that wonderful first impression and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The hotel was such a refreshing change from where we had stayed before. It was clean, relaxing, and gave us the chance to finally unwind and enjoy our trip.
Thank you to Andy, Bonnie for making our stay so wonderful! This hotel is what a vacation should feel like. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Binghamton! ❤️

The lighting in the rooms is so harsh and white. And the sheets are polyester and feel so plastic-y. I don't think ive ever stayed in a hotel where the sheets felt this unnatural . And the room needed to be vacuumed.

We stayed in a handicap ♿️ room, that was anything but. There were all these weird dips an inclines in the floor. The handicap rails for the shower were on the inside walls, so great chance of falling before you get to one. The ac was necessary that weekend and while coolish, it let un so much humidity our skin felt wet. If you have to stay in Binghamton go anywhere else!!! Not worth the money!

The staff is super ghetto and threatens you and turns aggressive if you walk on a section of the floor they are mopping immediately after the entrance doors after working on underground actively spraying in your face water lines all day and then driving six hours here for the next job. Sorry I missed the signs.
