The location couldn’t be better steps from the subway and close to so many great restaurants.What really stood out was the people. Shoba at the front desk was incredible!! She was very welcoming She made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. Henry was wonderful at check-out as well and made sure I left with a great last impression.I’ll definitely be back!

Attention to detail is exemplary down to the lavazza coffeemaker and steamer in the room and the spa quality soaps, shampoo, and lotion. Towels are thick and fluffy. The entire property is immaculate. The attached restaurant, Anemi, is wonderful. Food is delicious and staff are warm and accommodating. Our entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk guy at night extremely creepy and aggressive kept trying to get me to invite him to my room at one point even asked me “how much” and when I told him I had a boyfriend he started creating problems and then blamed what I was wearing for the way he was treating me then when I filed a complaint they charged my card $75 for “damages” if your a female DO NOT STAY HERE

Yes, I was the last person to check in for the evening but the forethought she had to make feel as a valued customer - I had never experienced before. That positive experience will always stay with me. The room was immaculate and the size is somewhat smaller. But hey, it’s typical for hotels in NYC. Everything you need is literally steps away. A Subway Station, Restaurants even a 24 hour grocery store!! I would definitely be back!!
