  I had an excellent stay at Staybridge Suites Buffalo-Amherst by IHG. The staff were wonderful throughout my visit—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. As an IHG Platinum member, I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection and was a fantastic way to start each morning. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the Buffalo area. One feature I especially appreciated was the complimentary guest laundry, which was extremely convenient during my trip. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

  My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The property featured so many amenities that would come at additional costs at other extended stay hotels. The accommodations made every moment comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff was warm, professional, and consistently attentive to every detail. Erin and Kelly in the dining area were exceptional and so kind! The staffs’s dedication to guest satisfaction, combined with the hotel's amenities, created an unforgettable experience that I would gladly recommend to others.

  Just Wow! We travel a lot! The staff including maintenance... honestly care. The bed was comfy. The breakfast had just about everything one could ask for. We will definitely return. Thank you.

  All I can say is WOW! This hotel is one of the comfiest and most welcoming stays I’ve ever had. We were in the middle of a very stressful move and the kindness of staff at this hotel is exactly what we needed during this chaotic time in our lives. The staff is so friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay special. They got to know us personally, made sure our needs were met, and took extra care to make our toddler feel welcomed and happy! I would post a picture of him with the lovely stuffed animal they got him, but we don’t put pictures or his name on the internet…so you’ll have to trust me when I say he was THRILLED to see his favorite front desk people every day. Breakfast was bountiful and varied. It was always fresh and requests were quickly fulfilled. The happy hour socials every week are a true highlight! These small bites and light drinks every night helped us have less stress with meal planning and made a longer term hotel stay feel much better! Our room was clean, came well stocked, and had plenty of space for what we needed. We were even able to bring our dog for a very reasonable fee! Special shout out to the manager Theresa who made us feel like part of a small family during our stay, and to Linda who took care of my 1000 questions over the phone before we checked in. But every single person there was so friendly and the vibes were always great! We will absolutely be returning if we ever need a local stay and we will be directing all of our out of town guests your way. Thank you thank you thank you!

  Loved the staff very friendly but not overbearing front desk lady was one of the sweetest didnt catch her name wish i did but room smelt like outside which smells quite bad not their fault but had a great time fresh breakfast
