Hotel rooms are good, I always enjoy the 2 room option, keeps my dog Molly from being barky during the day when Im sleeping. They leave the top floor for no animal travelers, which is good especially if you are sensitive to animal dander. Great breakfast selections everyday of the week and social "hour" on Monday- Wednesday evenings 5-7 (with wine -oo-la-la! and beer offerings) Good grub no matter when you're eating with them! Theresa, Erin, and the remainder of the staff are wonderful! Should I need to travel again to this area for work, I will definitely be staying here!!

Secondly the location is perfect for restaurants and activities! Not far from niagra or downtown buffalo. The only downside was our room, our shower head was broken and are room was never properly cleaned. I could have made the bed better than them. Over all, amazing hotel :)
- EFElle FontJul 26, 20264.0Staff is very nice, professional, and helpful. The rooms could really use a remodel. The bathroom, and furniture in the rooms are very outdated. The elevators need maintenance due to them not sounding right going up or down with a slow start. Wish they had non pork breakfast options. I can do without happy hour if that would allow them to do upgrades. Second time staying here and we really enjoy the close proximity to a couple eateries they have in the same plaza. If you wanted something close that’s a great choice. However, we know the area and went somewhere else for food. This is a picture of the bathroom. You can’t sit on the toilet and open/or close it without hitting your knees.
