    We were giving a room that were for wheelchair accessible guest. We are not that, when I asked to change the room front desk said they were all booked and saving the other rooms for other guest. Umm I’m a guest that paid almost $1000. That room was absolutely disgusting and dated, after 2nd complaint we were given another room two minutes later. Linda, on the other hand was amazing (Was not the one that purposely gave us the disgusting room)

    We had such a great stay while visiting our daughter in Buffalo. Linda at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and really went above and beyond for us. She was so kind, helpful, and accommodating, and we truly appreciated everything she did to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, our dog was welcome, and we really liked the complimentary breakfast and easy parking. The location was also perfect for us, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and everything you could need close by. We had a really positive experience overall and will definitely stay here again when we’re back visiting our daughter. Thank you again, Linda, for being so wonderful!

    The room was run down and the walls were dented, scraped and stained. The upholstery was torn in many places and stained . The setup of the doors into two pieces was annoying and allowed no privacy as the opening showed everything. The two bedroom suite had a small kitchen island for two and no dining table. The pool was cloudy and unlike other staybridges they had no free activities for kids ( the one in Corning had a basketball and a bean bag toss with many board games the kids can borrow)The reason I gave it two instead of 1 star is that the sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable.

    Front desk was great , other employees by the kitchen area not so much. Was on the 3rd floor and the hallways were hot as hell amd all you smelled was chlorine from the pool , the room had chips crumbs on a chair. The furniture was old and ripped then when I checked in after paying for the room months a head of time I learn I have to a deposit that should of been paid for when I payed the room not during arrival , pillow cases staind , I don't recommend ANYONE to stay at the hotel , GROSS!!!
