  Well, comfortable stay except when police came knocking on door down the hall & young woman doing the same earlier in the morning 🌄 🙄

  Went there to use the laundry facility very nice use the weight room there also I was a guest at doubletree Doubletree was terrible service however candlewood was wonderful customer service but however would like to add the woman at the front desk Melanie has been nothing but gone beyond and above to make sure and listen to me while I made phone calls to prove what my account was saying and that I was being ripped off however the woman the general manager Brianne was very rude as I showed her my receipt and the charges that were being put on my card and basically still looked at me like she had no idea what was going on thank God for the other woman working at the front desk but ask for Brianne and the lady who works across a DoubleTree I must say very rude and I can understand how I doubletree has two stars and credit card problems cuz I looked into it and they've had several complaints with people having duplicates on charges so maybe they should fix their machine or fix their staff

  This hotel was just perfect for us. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean and very quite. Great location and peaceful. I loved the option of using the grill and gazebo. Free laundry and the gym was nice as well.

  Pros: The staff are friendly. Room was clean. Cons: they missed on all of the details. They never sent me a receipt for my stay as requested. The water was off when I arrived. The gym equipment is broken and cramped. The front desk personnel couldn’t help

  My name is Garfield. I work for a well known bus company and we use this facility frequently.As a driver that sits around the wheel for an extended period of time, I use their fitness room whenever I am at the hotel. On my last visit I decided to leave the fitness room door open as it was hot inside and the thermostat is locked and guarded. The receptionist that calls herself’Mel’ threatened to call the police on me if I don’t keep the door shut. I encouraged her to as it made no sense to me.She said it was a security issue when there was no one else but myself in the fitness room. She was being vindictive as I had asked for the television remote before as my baseball team was on and she was unwilling to give me the remote. She has been the only problematic person at this facility. Watch out for her when/if you stay there!
