  Our first time in New York and first stay in Staybridge Suites Albany NY 39 Wolf Rd 12205 is going down as one of our greatest experiences. The hospitality was amazing. The room was beautiful, comfortable and a place to more than relax. The outside area with the fire pit turned out to be a place for making memories. The best part was the breakfast, all kinds of choices, fresh and hot ready for all, with this breakfast you could go without lunch and maybe even dinner. By far a memorable time for us in fact we’re talking about making this trip a yearly ritual.

  My wife and I held a three-night reservation and informed the hotel over twenty-four hours in advance that we would be arriving on the second night. We acknowledged that the first night's charge was non-refundable, and your representative explicitly confirmed that our remaining itinerary would be honored, but with a late check-in fee. Upon our arrival tonight, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled as a "no-show," leaving us stranded at a sold-out property. The conduct of the management was deplorable. The on-duty manager demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism, appearing unkempt and handling the situation with total incompetence. Rather than offering an apology or seeking a resolution, he displayed complete indifference. I expect an immediate investigation into this operational failure and a prompt response from executive management.

  We called several days in advance to try to cancel our first night, but we never received a response. Every time we called, we were sent straight to voicemail. We even asked our bank to contact the property, but they couldn’t reach anyone either and had to leave a voicemail. Eventually, we decided to accept the loss of the first night’s payment. However, when we arrived, we discovered that they had canceled our entire three-night reservation without notifying us, leaving us with nowhere to stay during a completely sold-out weekend. The lack of communication and customer service was absolutely unacceptable. We made multiple attempts to resolve the situation in advance, yet no one bothered to respond or inform us that our entire reservation had been canceled. This is the kind of company that seems to care more about collecting payments than taking care of its guests. What should have been a simple reservation adjustment turned into an incredibly stressful experience, leaving us scrambling to find somewhere to sleep. I would not recommend staying here.

  Nariah was the person at the front desk when I called the hotel this person was a very good listener. I was frustrated with the IHG app. This person was able to talk to me and work me through to make sure I got the reservation. This person was very professional. Very nice. I made one request to be on the top floor. Nariah Made it happen before she left her shift When I got to the hotel, I was on the top floor as I requested. So even if you're frustrated, trying to get a room at this hotel, this person was very professional And how's the skills to be in Management?. I hope that that compliment does not go to our head. But I doubt, and I am sure it won't. I'm sure that Nariah Will stay to the ground and continue to help customers. KC

  had an excellent stay at Staybridge Suites Albany Wolf Rd–Colonie Center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was extremely convenient, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. I especially want to recognize Michael, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I also want to thank the entire front desk, breakfast/cooking, operations, and housekeeping teams for consistently providing great service. A special shout-out to Nay from housekeeping, who did an amazing job keeping my room clean and comfortable. Her attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast and social hour was convenient and well maintained, and the hotel’s location next to Colonie Center and close to Wolf Road makes restaurants, shopping, and other activities very easy to access. Overall, what really made my stay stand out was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
