  Absolutely disgusting. The rooms were all very dirty and tight, and the furniture was literally YELLOWING. Only 1 housekeeper, and even worse, the place was infested with.. I don’t wanna even talk about it. The TV was absolutely awful, zero service and nothing interesting to watch sadly. I didn’t even wanna rate this place, please give me new eyes. -♾️/10

  We just stayed here two weeks ago for a visit to the Capitol plaza. Easy check in, clean hotel, great location, great breakfast, excellent service. Only minor issue was a little dysfunction with the bathroom vanity being outside the actual bathroom leaving very little horizontal working space, otherwise the accommodations were great.

  Stayed there over night as we were going to a Concert. The Room was exceptionally clean. The front desk people were super Friendly and very informative. The breakfast was delicious. This was kind of a girlfriend overnight. We will definitely stay here again.

  Lots of great staff here. Vee was a stand out & helped us on several occasions going above & beyond. The beakfast & shuttle service to the airport were both awesome. Room was very functional, clean, & somewhat roomy.

  After a 3 hour drive from NYC, I stopped by this hotel to rest for the night. I was able to book a room at the front desk at midnight and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. I was able to choose the floor of my room and how many keys I needed. I had the accessible room, which was quite spacious for anyone who likes or needs a bit more room to get around. The room was clean, no bedbugs in sight, and everything worked properly. Hand soap and lotion were supplied at the sink. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were supplied in the shower. The thermostat was easy to set. The pillows came labeled as soft and firm. There was a fridge, a microwave, a television, a desk, and iron and board. They did not have a coffee maker in the hotel room, but there was 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. There was also water flavored with either strawberry or lemon available as well. After a wonderful nights rest, I was able to enjoy a continental breakfast, which opened at either five or 6 AM up until 9 AM. There were vegetarian options available. There were also amenities included, but not limited to: 24 Hour fitness center and a pool that close at 10 PM. Both needed a room key to use. There was a lounge, water, fountain, and restrooms that were available without needing a hotel key. I did request late check out, and was granted an hour after normal checkout time. The staff was accommodating and polite. I did return to the same hotel a week later since I received such kind service. The second hotel room that I had wasn’t as clean, having a play-doh like stain on the floor and on the side of one of the queen size mattresses. Even with that being said, I will still be returning here next time I’m in town. It is located nearby many restaurants, shopping centers, and by a highway. There was a wraparound parking lot that could be accessed through many doors although you do need a hotel key to enter inside the hotel if it is a door that is not the entrance. I felt safe during my entire stay and felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot. Overall, I had a wonderful day both times I visited and will be returning. Enjoy. 💕
