- EMEliza Mullins3 days ago1.0Most rude front desk staff (Sharif specifically could use some extra training but the others I experienced were just as bad) Curtains that don't close without using the furniture to hold them closed AC does not work The fitted sheets were completely falling off the beds at check in Rooms come with entertainment I guess? you can watch kids go to prom or a wedding in the courtyard below, yikes 😂🥴 Housekeeping walks in your room unannounced before you’ve checked out!!! Convenient location next to the airport but I would NEVER even stay here again, can’t imagine why anyone would want to get married here?

The lobby is very modern and updated and the attached restaurant is also very good and affordable. We will definitely be back in the future next time we are in Upstate NY.
