  We stayed there during a local competition. We reserved the room about 2 weeks in advanced and got a confirmation statement that stated we had reserved a king bed with sofa as it was 3 of us. Once we arrived the lady up front told us she was giving us a queen and I stated I had paid for a king and there was no way 3 grown people would fit in a queen. She said she had sold out of kings and we would have to settle for a queen. I asked about getting a refund for the downgrade total and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. So not only were we downgraded but were charged full price for a king. Thankfully I was able to put in a complaint with our booking website and we were able to get some money back. This experience put a sour taste in our mouths and we won’t be returning here in the future.
