  Room 112 was littered with bed bugs. I wasn’t even in the room 10 minutes before I saw one crawling across the bathroom floor. Checked the box spring, bed bugs clear as day. I was told I’d get a refund and it’s yet to come weeks later. The guy at the desk was nice but clearly lied when they said I was getting my money back. Stay clear of this place unless you’d like to take unwanted guests back home with you.

  My experience would have been exceptional, had it not been for an unexpected charge of $5 for a stained rag, which I used solely to clean a coffee spill. I attempted to resolve this matter via phone, but no response from the manager

  Horrible noise in ground level room from room above. Very loud creaking floors and water rushing through pipes. Had to ask for another set of towels - only one set provided in a 2 queen bed room. Worst nights sleep in a hotel ever
