Horrible noise in ground level room from room above. Very loud creaking floors and water rushing through pipes. Had to ask for another set of towels - only one set provided in a 2 queen bed room. Worst nights sleep in a hotel ever

Got what we paid for. Room was clean, coffee not great, but free! Would stay again for the price. Morning receptionist with long white beard was very friendly and accommodating.

Its a good hotel. Clean and comfortable. I've stayed a few times with no issues, until this last time. Desk clerk was intoxicated, rude, insulting and aggressive. I wont be staying here again.

We came to this hotel for just one night. We came in the evening, so we were attended by the front desk female staff member working the evening shift on Friday 06/05/26. At first, everything was well. Upon entering our room, which was the 114, we encountered eyeglasses of someone else hanging on the shower curtain. I attached the pictures as a reference for future customers. Of course, we needed to ask for a room change as the eyeglasses left on the curtain shower meant that the bathroom was not properly clean. I go myself to speak to the same front desk lady to request a room change as well as to show her the pictures I took of the eyeglasses that were left on the curtain and that we were unsure whether someone clean the room. The lady verbalized “It’s clean”. I showed her the pictures. She said: “I don’t have another room of those”. I say, “What do you mean of those?”, she says “Handicapped”. I explain to her that we don’t need nor requested a handicap room. She voiced: “You requested that on the system, I didn’t”, with a very irritated and dismissive tone. Then she said: “Other rooms will be more money”. I said “How come more money?”. She then looked straight to the computer and ended up giving us a better room and voiced “it was not with any money increased”. However, she did not display appropriate customer service behavior to satisfy customers that want to make their money worth. She did not say “good night” or anything after the conversation. She simply gave me the new room cards. Terrible service and clearly one of the worst hotels I have visited. I am still waiting to see if she was not truthful and they ended up charging us more money. I will edit the review accordingly. I cannot believe this hotel is part of the Best Western company, a company with such prestige. If the manager happens to read this, I advise that you speak to the staff as their behavior is not conducive to maximizing profit as well as to increase customer retention.

Pros:
Very kind and helpful staff
Very reasonably priced (especially compared to the Hilton nearby)
Cons:
Not the nicest looking
WiFi isn't very good
I wouldn't stay here for a long period of time but if you need a place to stay for a night or two and don't want to spend a ton of money this is a good option.
