  Came here two years ago and the room we were in seemed much nicer. The room we got this time seemed old and patched up. Also the view at our window was of the back of other units that were in total disarray and the parking lot at the parking lot level. Because we came in after hours there was no way to change our room. We had two others that came with us this time and second room only had full size bed and no TV. Both beds were also very uncomfortable.

  Not worth the stay.!!!!!!!!!! The room was not adequately stocked with basic amenities, and additional soap was only provided on the third day after we requested it. Parking was inconvenient and difficult to find. The staff was not very courteous or helpful during our stay. The bedsheets had visible stains and did not appear to be properly cleaned. The room was dark, and the décor felt outdated and gloomy, making the overall atmosphere feel uninviting. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again

  Didn't disclose that the pool is undergoing renovation. Family didn't want to go once we found out two days before check-in. No refund. Bad Deal and experience first time with VI and Kingsbury. Never again.
