  Be warned, was sold as handicap and pet friendly. No ramps, no luggage assistance, employees sitting n chatting. I'm a 74 yr veteran, and handicapped. All they did was point to a luggage cart. After four struggling trips to bring luggage up steps, then park car to bring pups in, we went to 5th floor only to find the room at the very end of a long long hallway. Not what I'd call handicapped access by any stretch of the definition. Stat away from here and oh, AC unit was so noisy, even worse than motel 6 that sleep was shallow and sparse. NEVER AGAIN

  財務行政處理到底怎麼回事？！這次公務出差的房費由公司卡付款，入住的時候要求我們刷一張自己的信用卡，照理來說不會被扣款更不會有回國後還被刷卡的情況，結果前前後後在我沒有同意的情況下被刷了三筆總共臺幣46745元的卡費！ 第一筆在現場有請他們處理所以沒有列入帳單，但我已經回國了還被刷了兩筆，甚至已經請公司處理還是沒有取消付款，真的很誇張，此生碰到最誇張的事情，我真的沒有辦法給好評，我會持續請銀行跟公司協助處理，請要入住的人好好考慮一下！

  This Best Western establishment offers a suitable accommodation option for those preferring not to stay at a casino. The room was clean and featured a pleasant bathroom. Complimentary bottled water was provided at the reception. While the attached restaurant did not meet my expectations, this observation does not reflect on the hotel itself. Its location is advantageous for individuals working in Sparks, which was a primary factor in my selection.

  The facility is recently remodeled and modern. The free breakfast is staged in a pirate themed restaurant and is mediocre even by chain hotel standards. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The location, by some kind of petroleum storage tanks, is not ideal and only has the advantage of being near the highway on ramp.

  Pet friendly room and floor shouldn't have carpet. The place smells amazing until you get off the elevator. We used odor elimator in the room and tried to help the hall. 1st few days the hall was like a pet store or pound or kennel. Tv service stinks and wasn't working, internet is so bad I didn't use it. Breakfast was stale and didn't taste good, compared to a cheaper brand that had great fresh food with a great hostess. Parking is tight. Dog area should be fenced so they can run around safely.
