  Was actually nicer than I expected given the price and some other reviews. Definitely ask for a room facing the surprisingly lovely interior courtyard. Decor is dated but comfortable. We did not use the shuttle. Our experience with service at the front desk was fine. I would stay here again.

  Nice rooms. Lovely green courtyard is a respite in summer, as is the pool. Very helpful staff, the shuttle to the airport reliable and super helpful.

  I only stayed one night due to some issues with flight scheduling at Reno Airport. But I do have a few comments. The hotel is VERY dated. Everything is very old looking and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70s. Some like that style. I don't. The WiFi did not work at all. None of my devices would connect. And to top it all off the lights in the main part of the room did not work at all. Long story short. I wouldn't stay here again. I appreciate that there was a hotel so close to the airport but I wouldn't stay again if I could avoid it. The staff were nice though!

  The front end lady that was working the desk had a very bad attitude. She does not need to work the front desk. I asked about checking out and she gave me a snotty remark, totally unprofessional. Whoever the manager is they need to talk with her and tell her that customers should be treated with respect. Her attitude was very disrespectful and totally unprofessional.

  The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s super close and convenient for flying in/out of the Reno airport. This is my 4th stay, and I won’t be going back. While the shuttle is super convenient, it’s dirty and the drivers are a bit sketchy and unprofessional. The rooms are okay, but they don’t smell or feel fresh and clean. The bedding is worn and mismatched. The pillows are awful. There were what appeared to be bloodstains on the carpet. This trip, when I arrived late at night after traveling for over 12 hours, the “owners” were having a party somewhere nearby and loud music was echoing through the lobby and hallways. But my biggest complaint is the restaurant on-site that keeps terrible hours and doesn’t cater to travelers. There is no other food available nearby for people who have flown in and don’t have a vehicle. Both times I’ve stayed here after flying back in I’ve ended up going to bed hungry after a long day of travel. The whole property feels like a vanity project - like the owners are more interested in doing what they want / like rather than being in the hospitality business.
