  If I had known this place had the same living standards as an animal shelter I would have rather slept in my car. Unless you want to wake up covered in itchy red flea bites keep looking for a different place to stay! They don’t show it anywhere that they allow dogs but they put up stickers boasting about their high standards of cleanliness, which I found hilarious to read after watching a slobbery hairy gross mutt run down a hallway. Do better. Keep the flea infested dogs out of hotel rooms.

  Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Called to let the staff know that I had left my hair dryer, straightener, and my curling wand. I had them all in the same drawer. It took 3 days, for them to only conveniently find my hair dryer. They would not ask the guest that stayed in the room the night after if they had seen anything, and the housekeepers were less than helpful. I had to wait for the desk to get a text back from the housekeeper that cleaned my room. Needless to say, the staff has sticky fingers and are less than helpful.

  I came with my children who do have disabilities. One has downsyndrome and the other is autistic. I have stayed at other IHG places and prefer to do so because it had always been a good experience. But I was completely embarrassed this time around and I'm sure my kids were as well. I had asked for a room on the first floor but wasn't able to get one and because I know my son has troubles and then the rooms below had complained I guess to the desk and they came to my door sort of scalding me about my children and their feet being loud on the floor I was trying my best to keep them okay for our stay just wasn't possible when they got tired. They called numerous times and spoke with us about it in the open at the desk. I just left early so I wasnt bothersome to other customers and didn't want to be asked to leave so I left on my own accord without any type of refund. Everything else was nice just really not a place to stay when you have ailments like I do.

  Customer service at the front desk was absolutely horrible and rude. We had to wait for 10 minutes to get checked in. We didn't have silverware or glasses in the room, and the front desk just got pissed and wasn't helpful, said that we have to look better, and she doesn't know if she will find it at all. One key for our room didn't work at all. Also, we saw 1 cockroach in our room. No ice machine at the hotel didn't feel right, too.
