- CFCalvin FortinJul 19, 20261.0Staff was unprofessional. Upon check in I was greeted with a rude attitude about parking my vehicle because the lot was full, the guy told me that it was not a bad area to park on another business parking lot!! He also did not inform me of breakfast times or anything else they offered. Shift change then a lady that’s supposed to be working the front desk was playing computer games off in the corner. Witch had to get her attention and that lady had a bad attitude as well. Having to stop playing her game to cont do her job. Leaving hotel in the morning a different lady at the front desk shouted out to me and my family, “ what room number”. That’s it, extremely unprofessional service from 3 of their workers. Found my vehicle stripped of all our personal stuff. Hotel would not help and the police station is CLOSED on Sundays!!!!! The area is scum covered and everything is fenced off for good reason. I do not recommend this holiday inn Reno. We will not return.
- EMElijah McKenzieJul 8, 20265.0Excellent hotel. They provide all the standard things you want and more. Stayed for 5 nights and room service cleaned my room every day. It’s very close to the airport which was helpful for me since I was working there. The room I had had both a mini fridge and a microwave. Their breakfast bar was by far my favorite, the cinnamon buns they have are AMAZING. If there’s any downside it’s that there wasn’t much within easy walking distance that I saw. Overall 10/10 if I’m in town again I’ll be going there.

When I explained the situation to her coworker the night before, she was abrasive and rude before telling me there's nothing she could do. Be more like Isabel!
