  Just a one night stay over... Room was very clean. Didn't check out the view because I needed sleep. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, and food was hot and quite tasty. Service was exemplary at the front desk, at the breakfast, and the shuttle service.

  Every time I come here for business, they don’t have any rooms available between 1-2 pm. Despite being a gold member, they never are willing to accommodate me. $300 a night for a standard holiday inn that never has early check in available is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I stay at holiday inns all across California for each month and there is always some rooms available. Go stay at the casino hotels in Reno, you’ll get a room when you want and for 2/3 the price. Ridiculous.

  My family and I were evacuees due to the local Hawk fire in the North Valleys. I am also a Smith's employee from the Lemmon Valley Smith's grocery which was also evacuated. Our company had secured rooms for a number of employees that were under evacuation orders. We were supposed to have the rooms for two nights. When I checked in the guest services agent who helped me was rude and very stiff and super unfriendly. I woke the next morning to find out the hotel wasn't going to give us the rooms for the second day and wanted us all to be gone. I have no idea why. We were checking out having 90 % of our stuff already loaded and went to go use the key card to get back in to grab our last few items when we discovered our key cards had been locked out already and it was 10 mins to the 11 o'clock checkout. We had to walk all the way around the building and ask for them to let us back in the room. The woman working at the front counter was extremely rude asking if I heard.them tell us check out was at 11, it was still not 11. When I returned the key card I told her that after going through a traumatizing experience and being displaced from your home and not knowing if it had burnt to the ground or not that the first night we had to stay in what I would call a very ghetto bad area hotel because there were no rooms available anywhere else that the people running it were 100,000 times nicer than they had been and that they might want to think about that. I was appalled by the treatment we received there. We ended up securing rooms at the holiday express.by sparks Marina and the staff.at.that location has been amazing. So I don't know what is wrong at.the market st location but they should be ashamed of themselves. I would appreciate a written apology from this location. Community is supposed to come together in times like these not shun and treat people badly during a.event like this.

  I enjoy my stay at Holiday Inn the rooms are very nice, they have a good breakfast. The staff here is very polite. I had to change my reservation 3 times back to back because of my job. They were able to work with me. They also have a shuttle to the airport.
