  I stayed at the Atlantis for two nights for work and overall enjoyed my stay - I will definitely stay again. The rooms were large, modern, clean and had great lighting and views. The hotel is near the airport and other locations making it extremely convenient. There are many restaurants to choose from at the hotel with many cuisines; leaving you with ample choices. My highlights that I had to call out: - Korean Bloom Restaurant: Asian food that was out of this world delicious. The shrimp, duck, fried rice, pot stickers, shaken beef and chicken wings WERE AMAZING! I tried to come back the next day for lunch and couldn’t make it, so going there for dinner again! The real standout from this experience was our server Kayla. Friendly, attentive, hospitable, polite, helpful and so accommodating. She made the entire experience positive. Because I was here for work, I didn’t have time to do much, but I decided to try my luck at the spa following a long travel day and I literally came to write this review for my spa experience. First of all, I have never had a male masseur but I took a chance thinking that I needed strong hands to really get my neck back together. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION IVE MADE ALL MONTH. Introducing Seamus! He was super friendly, made me feel comfortable and he had these pressure point massages that I have never tried before - mind blowing. I ended up talking to him the entire time to get to know him… he knows the human body like he literally created us. Every muscle, angle, stretch and push was spot on. The bar has been set so high for any male masseur in the future. Will literally be back at this hotel, the restaurant (tonight) and the spa for Seamus.

  I'm not much of a gambler, but I was driving through and this place was offering a reasonable price on a room. Being a casino, you know there will be food options, so it seemed like an easy stop. The room was very nice, well-appointed, comfortable bed, largish bathroom and with a reasonable mountain view. I only ate at 'Social Hour' (happy hour) at Bistro Napa, but the fried artichokes and flatbread were very good, and I had a nice glass of wine with it. All in all, a pleasant stay.

  I have received poor service at Atlantis for the last year. The poker room supervisor Christina has been consistently rude. I would have talked to her boss Shannon except Shannon is also very rude. I talked to Shannon’s boss Mirco and he didn’t care. I talked to the general manager Cheraz Ecker and she seemed to not only care but would take care of this bad service. Then she lost her job. It is apparent Mirco has an inappropriate relationship with Shannon which explains his inaction when I expressed my concerns about poor service. Mirco has shown a lack of ethics by lying to me about what time I ordered a meal. Mirco has been rude and disrespectful every time I have spoken to him. Atlantis used to be a well run casino. While playing poker at the Atlantis poker room I have been harassed by a player over many months to include violation of NRS 200.481 Battery and NRS 200.571 Harassment. I told Christina and she said she would keep this criminal away from me. Instead she encouraged him. I have clearly been treated differently than other customers. I assume this discrimination is based on my disability. As a 100% disabled combat veteran I resent this treatment. Horrible service supported by corruption and driven by discrimination. I have spent over $20,000 at this business while being treated this way. I would like my money back.

  I am sorry to have to drop my review from 5 stars to 1. Today, May 5th, 2026 there was an issue where some of the machines lost power around 5:30pm. I understand this happens, but my issue I have with this casino is the way they handled this situation. Three different occasions a slot attendant came by and told me that the machine needs to reboot and would take a few minutes. After waiting for nearly an hour, the 4th attendant came by. I told her that I want the machine up and running immediately or pay me the money I have in it. She reset it and then walked away. Apparently, the other 3 attendants didn't know how to do this? The last time this occurred with me was with another casino in which the machine was reset and a casino host offered me a free buffet for my inconvenience. I play lengthy hours at The Atlantis several times a week for the past 4 years. Since my time was disregarded and no comp offer for my inconvenience, I will now find a new casino to play at. Goodbye Atlantis

  Love this place. Once you build up points you have options in free rooms, dining, and sometimes even concerts. Staff is great specially my Host Abby. Always taking care of me and inviting me to events. Rooms are clean and cozy. Casino floor always lit even on the down time. I personally have not won during any special events where they call your name but I saw a lady pick an envelope and win 10k, she picked the wining envelope out of 5. What Luck.. I have also been invited to a slot tournament and unfortunately had to leave 1 Day early due to a snow storm ariving so I did not finish my tournament, top 100 got something. I am blessed to have won a few times here and hoping to continue wining. As far as dining i Love the buffet with lots of options but most of all the sweets 😋. They have a cofee shop I also love near jewlery shop. And recently tried the sushi restaurant and it was delicious
