  They have a cocktail waitress that works nights that shouldn't have a job there she was the Rudest person we encountered in our entire 7 day stay in Reno..I won't post the Blonde lady's name but she's about 5'4" with shortish blonde hair and a attitude from absolute hell ..... We looked at her to get a water she screamed NOOOOOO At us then flopped on the back of a chair like the coke had worn off yelled at another lady who wanted a water then just left ... At that point we took our money elsewhere and shall never return again... and yes we visit Reno often ..... I don't normally call people out but she earned this one !!!! Peace

  Access by car is easy. The parking lot is so vast that you may walk some minutes. Despite being a high-end hotel, everything costs less than half of what you’d pay in Las Vegas. It is impeccably clean, offers great views, and features professional staff and transparent pricing. I highly recommend this place over Las Vegas for those who want to spend their time enjoying the hotel's extensive facilities—such as the casino, spa, pool, gym, restaurant, or simply relaxing in their room—or for those using it as a base to visit Lake Tahoe. If you are looking for a lively atmosphere right outside the hotel, however, Las Vegas is the better choice.

  Spa services fell far short of previous experiences. I left a message for the manager (no response). My Wife's spa treatment was for 60 minutes and started 20 minutes late with the explanation that the previous session ran late. Nothing further. Her ayurveya (warm oil) style treatment was mediocre. Our mutual experience was we were rushed through and the locker room was crowded. May be our final experience here.

  My family and I usually stay at the Peppermill. A couple of years ago we decided to try something different so we stayed at the Atlantis. The experience was not great and the staff seemed to care less. The director of Hotel operations offered us a discounted stay to give them another shot. Last week we cashed in on that offer and while this experience was better than the last one, the Atlantis still failed to provide a similar experience to what we are accustomed to at the Peppermill.

  Most cleanest friendliest casino in Reno! My husband and I just took our 11 year old son for his birthday. (He wanted to see casinos live)! I checked us in and the lady was extremely helpful and friendly. Asked me how high i wanted to be never been asked what floor I wished for!! Every inch of floor in casino/hotel was extremely clean beautiful shiny floors. Beautiful fun glass elevators. Our room two queens EXTREMELY clean. Never seen a more cleaner room. I even asked my husband is this hotel brand new! It felt like we were 1st guests ever in the room. Every inch zero dust. Perfect view of the pool was fun. The indoor pool was perfection the most friendliest staff always asking if we needed anything. Kari long black hair working Tuesday 7/7 extremely hard worker i was watching her keep everything and everyones needs cared for. Super clean.! My son loved the kids arcade again very clean! We only dined at the Purple Parrot restaurant staff was extremely accommodating very friendly. Definitely coming back!
