  Don't book here. First time we experienced no iron and ironing board. First time they didn't make our room when we came back for the day because we didn't request it.? Later found a very small receipt saying so in the room. They knew the place was sold out and couldn't use pool. There chicks restaurant expensive. IF pool was open, closes at 8pm !. They took down some flags we had up for fun not offensive without asking us to please remove. Reno has a lot of places to stay, pick another.

  The fact that we rented this hotel for an event (which the hotel agreed ) we were told to go be quiet at 10pm our banners where taken down (they did not ask us to take them down) we were treated like children (paying children cause nothing was for free) But the biggest is that Saturday morning i took a COLD shower there was NO hot water!! not to mention on Friday the water was luke warm but at that moment i didnt think much of it .. when I told the reception, they act surprised and said sorry and moved on . No way did I just pay for a few nights and showered with cold water and was scolded Me personally will not stay here again I rather take my money elsewhere

  Pésimo servicio en especial las de recepción muy groseras y me cobraron doble vez la noche la verdad no recomiendo y igual el manager del hotel se puso grosero, les dije que me había cobrado doble vez y me dijeron que no había pagado, no regresan el depósito si tienen la oportunidad mejor busquen otro la verdad para que no pasen el coraje que yo pasé.

  My stay at the Aiden hotel was convenient as it was only located a few minutes from my job site on my business trip, The customer service agent at the desk was very helpful every time I checked in. The room was very clean and the hotel is located in a safe area. I did wish that they offered a contimentary breakfast and that the pool was open but neither was available.

  We were very unhappy with the service we received. We asked for late checkout on a Sunday after we arrived at 2AM in the night. The receptionist (she said her name was Paula) was very rude saying that there are no late checkouts on the weekends (not even considering an alternative or explaining why). I asked if there is at least minimal room for a later checkout (like 11:30AM). And she said no in the rudest way possible. This was so unfortunate since the receptionist in the night was so kind and helpful. For this kind of job there should be at least a minimum level of decency and respect when treating a customer. We paid 330 dollar for this service. We won't come again and will make sure to communicate our experience accordingly.
