  Upon checking in went to room and found door was jammed closed call front desk said they would send maintenance. Instead house keeper showed up not very much help. I had to push with my full body weight to open door. Inside you can see where people have taken out door jams already. All hotel did was installed a bigger door plate . I took pictures of damages for proof.

  Personeel was vriendelijk. Toen we binnen kwamen in onze kamer hing er een onaangename geur. De tv kon niet verbinden met het internet waardoor je geen Netflix of dergelijke kon kijken. Toen we hiervoor belden naar de receptie zeiden ze dat ze iemand naar ons toe zouden sturen. Die hulp is nooit gekomen. Vervolgens bleef de tv errors geven en blauwe en zwarte schermen geven. De airco maakte zoveel lawaai dat we er snachts wakker van werden. Toen ik wou douchen hingen er nog zwarte haren aan de muur. Afdrogen ging ook niet top, want toen ik mijn gezicht wou afdrogen had ik opeens een lange blonde haar in mijn mond. Er zat dus een haar van iemand anders in onze handdoeken. Overigens zaten er zwarte vlekken in mijn kussen.

  First night i was given a nice clean room, but second night i was given a much smaller room that smells like dogs. Make sure to get a good room!

  At check in the kid that checked me in literally could not answer any of my questions. The room was waaaayyyyyy to small. Only one person can walk around at a time. The bathroom, if u stood in one spot, u can turn around. But unless u want ur towel touching the toilet u can not dry off in the bathroom. The door on the refrigerator DID NOT CLOSE, super annoying. There was a freaking dog barking alllllll freaking night, it was chained outside. I called front desk a few times, but NO ONE answered. 2 tables, 2 umbrellas and 11 chairs at the pool are definitely not enough. Tried going to the pool a few times but couldn't use it because there was no where to sit. The only thing worth the money I paid was the breakfast. The lady kept the area clean and fully stocked.
