  At check in the kid that checked me in literally could not answer any of my questions. The room was waaaayyyyyy to small. Only one person can walk around at a time. The bathroom, if u stood in one spot, u can turn around. But unless u want ur towel touching the toilet u can not dry off in the bathroom. The door on the refrigerator DID NOT CLOSE, super annoying. There was a freaking dog barking alllllll freaking night, it was chained outside. I called front desk a few times, but NO ONE answered. 2 tables, 2 umbrellas and 11 chairs at the pool are definitely not enough. Tried going to the pool a few times but couldn't use it because there was no where to sit. The only thing worth the money I paid was the breakfast. The lady kept the area clean and fully stocked.

  We are staying In a pet friendly room and from the minute you walk in YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW!! The rooms are Emaculently Clean ,NO PET ODERS AT ALL!!! Nice area, quiet!! All the staff from the Motel to the Restaurant are Super Friendly!! I give 10 stars in my opinion!!!

  Rooms were incredibly disgusting and dirty. Our children crawled around on the carpet for ~20 minutes and were coated with black grime. This led to the development of a rash on their skin. We left after one night of what was supposed to be a four night stay. Attempted to contact the hotel manager, Jas, via email twice with no response. Then attempted to work directly with Best Western customer service who were also unable to get a response from the hotel and would not help us either.

  Don’t stay here. Staff is extremely unhelpful and rude at check in. Policy for locals is ridiculous. Your money is better spent across the street at saddle west. Saddle West was kind and helpful. Please do not stay here.

  I'm giving this a one star strictly for customer service. Everything else was mostly fine except for some sketchy people in the parking lot at night. We booked this hotel to catchup on sleep and recharge. We were awake at 6am because of a howling dog and kept awake by screaming kids above us which started at 7am. Rather than sleep in and checkout at 11, we ended up leaving at 8:40am. We wouldnt have paid for this room had we known. I'm a reasonable guy and I understand things happen. What really upset me here is how they handled it. I use the Best Western app and my history should be attached. Ive never complained about a hotel after years of renting them, so I'm not just trying to get a handout here. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me out. I specifically said I didnt want a full refund because that didn't seem warranted. Just a partial refund or even some points on the app. Just something to make me feel better about wasting my money by coming here. I was told the supervisor wasnt in yet but she would contact me. Two days passed and she didnt contact me. When BW sent me an email to rate my stay. I expressed my concerns and asked them to call me. The next day I got a generic email, from a "no reply" email address, apologizing for the inconvenience and saying they would do better next time. That doesn't exactly strike me as a thoughtful response and there is no real resolution for me. I called the hotel to followup about the email but the supervisor was "busy". Her name is LaOnnie, by the way. They told me to call back another time. I'm on vacation... I'm not going to ask a fourth time for someone to contact me or spend my time playing phone tag. So I gave reception my email and asked her to reach out once again, which she still hasnt. I dont understand how this behavior is acceptable for a big chain like Best Western. I have other options, including in Pahrump, so I won't be staying here again and I'll tell my friends the same. Lastly, the $25 hold they put on my card was never refunded. I will leave this review posted until someone contacts me to sort this out.
